Super Efficient definitely live up to more than just their name! As well as being super efficient, they are incredibly communicative throughout (a rare find these days) totally trustworthy, dependable, helpful, polite, friendly and a genuine pleasure to deal with. After a looooong search for someone to redo our bathrooms, they were worth the wait. The job was finished to the highest standard and we're now enjoying 2 gorgeous new bathrooms. Impeccable from start to finish. This may be the best service I’ve ever experienced—not just from a plumbing company, but from any company. Jack connected with me, genuinely cared about finding the best solution, and then Kyri came out the very next day. Within 30 minutes of arriving, he’d solved the problem. Very quick, very efficient. I had a very very blocked sewer from the outflow of my house (wet wipes the problem). Super Efficient came out straight away and the problem was solved in 15 minutes. They thoroughly cleaned the pipes, manhole etc. and changed the rat trap for a different one as the first one was causing the problem. The engineer worked quickly and efficiently. Was polite and gave helpful suggestions as to avoiding another blockage.

COMPETITIVE & 100% ON POINT I cannot believe I’m writing this. In my 50 years of life, I have never Dealt with a Plumbing company that does not Overcharged and is as their name says ‘Superefficient’ This is the first time I’ve ever written a positive review about a plumbing firm. I found them online on Wednesday, They juggled other customers and fitted me a new boiler on Thursday and on Friday they fixed my neighbours leaking pipe. From Mario and Jack in the office to Callum and Warren the engineers. Friendly, clean and tidy and very professional. My next plumbing call is to SuperEfficient- happy to be contacted as a totally independent reference.

We had a smashed ceramic pipe and drain underneath our driveway from previous paving work. We didn’t know how far the broken pipe work was underneath the driveway. Kiri attended with cameras to find how far the broken piping went. He returned a quote swiftly and returned to our house soon after, with Bladie, his colleague, and together they did a thorough repair job, putting new pipe work underneath the drive and put the paving slabs back on the driveway perfectly and resanded. I was very happy with the job. They were also both very polite and hardworking. Thank you both for repairing our drain!

Recommend this company. I had a boiler replacement and installation. The price was reasonable but what filled me with confidence was the communication. Clear prompt responses/conversation with understandable replies. The team were also able to prioritise my elderly parents for a fast installation. The installation was completed with no issues and looks very clean and tidy. I would use again.
