SuperBowl UK Reviews

I’ve just taken a group of 31 teenagers from King’s Community Church to SuperBowl in Norwich (33 of us bowled). We hadn’t been before but the venue was excellent. We were served by Daisy, Sarah and Marz who were great and couldn’t do enough for us. It wasn’t really busy and so we found it a safe and comfortable place to be with a large group. I’d taken one star off partly because it was more expensive than other places around, and partly because the service was quite slow at points behind the bar. We are planning to bring our group back again in the future so thank you!

Awesome place to take the kids with plenty of things to keep them busy. From bowling to the play centre, arcade games food & drink this place has it all! Best of all is the staff though, special mention to Shaunagh who was absolutely amazing! So kind and caring and she really went above and beyond to look after our 2 year old daughter & made her day! She’s a credit to the business! We will be returning again very soon, thanks again

We had a fab experience at Superbowl Basingstoke last weekend when we hosted our 4 year old's soft play party there. The children had so much fun and enjoyed their hot food too. The soft play was very clean and our party host Darcy M couldn't have been more helpful.

Hired Ninjatag for my daughters birthday Party. Really good value for money. Kids really enjoyed the ninjatag, as did some of the adults who joined in. Would definitely do again. I wondered if the obstacles change much over time? As for the party, the party room isn't close to the game, so felt a little uneasy leaving presents somewhere so accessible. Our party host was really helpful and had a lot of patience with the kids. We had pizza and chips as part of the party deal and had no complaints about the food, the children really liked it. I would suggest the venue provide a few more jugs of drink as there was a lot of thirsty children!

On the website is this offer for drink, but bar stuff was not able to answer which drinks are included in this offer. Does anyone knows the answer?

Love this place, the manager Jo always makes us feel welcome and takes time to talk to us. She runs the place well , always clean and the staff are great . My kids love it there . Some kids were messing about - she stood for no messing about lol . Great to see how she gained control of the situation . Fair play to her .

Visited SuperBowl UK today with the kids as it's half term for us, although most other local schools aren't off this week. It was very quiet, and we were actually the only people bowling! The bowling itself was good fun, and the kids really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the member of staff at check-in, who was incredibly miserable and made me feel as though we were beneath her. Maybe she thought the kids were skiving school, given that most local schools aren't on half term yet? Who knows! I appreciate everyone has a bad day, but when you're working in a customer-facing role, a smile and a bit of friendliness go a long way. It really doesn't take much to make customers feel welcome. It's a shame because we enjoyed the bowling, but the poor customer service from misery guts has put left a real bad taste.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad the children enjoyed their bowling and that you had fun together, but we’re sorry the welcome you received at check-in fell short of expectations. Every family should feel comfortable and valued when visiting us, and we understand how disappointing it is when the service doesn’t reflect that.

We’ll share your comments with the management team so they can review the experience with the team member involved. A friendly welcome really does make a difference, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance to provide the warm, positive experience you and your family deserve.

Visited for the Crazy Kids soft play area with our grand daughter. Although the area was relatively small compared to others it was clean and looked fresh and well maintained. Integrated with the bowling alley, amusement arcade, bars and food kitchen it made for a good 2 or 3 hours of indoor entertainment. The staff were friendly and efficient and prices not too bad.

I had an issue with the coin machine at the arcade, and Lucy was so lovely and helpful. She sorted everything out so quickly and made the whole experience stress-free. My grandma is chair-bound, and Lucy was incredibly kind and considerate towards her and our whole family. Her patience and kindness really made a difference to our visit. Thank you so much, Lucy, for going above and beyond! 😊
