3 Sunstream IR Saunas later - NO REGRETS! MAGNIFICANT!!
Beyond Rest Hawthorn has had a very long relationship with Sun Stream Saunas. We opened our business with five flotation tanks and then stepped into buying our first three man Sun Stream infrared sauna. Magnificent!
The modality was so popular and so good looking and so effective with the clients that we now have three evolve sauna. These are running 12 hours a day seven days a week and we have had no problems.
The other great attribute of this product is the wonderful follow-up service and care and advice that we get from Mark in New Zealand and his local distributors in Melbourne. Nothing is too much of a trouble for this company and they provide and maintain a magnificent sauna.
I highly, highly recommend this to either Home users or commercial users.

We have had our SunStream IR sauna for about a year now and love it. The whole family use it regularly. Does not seem to have created any major spike in our electricity bill.

We absolutely love our Sun Stream sauna! We bought the Evolve Mini 18 months ago and we use it several times every week. Although we are a tall family, it has been completely sufficient and comfortable. We chose Sun Stream because of the quality build and non-toxic wood. Love it's thoughtful design, how easy it is to use, and the Bluetooth speaker and chromotherapy lights are a great bonus. Great price also. Highly recommend this product!

Service and experience from initial contact via the website through to purchase and installation has been excellent. We have had the Sauna for over 12 months with zero issues to date. We also ordered a redlight board which wasn't in stock at the time, but all details around it were clearly communicated in a proactive manner! Would highly recommend both the sauna and the redlight board.

I did a fair bit of research when I decided to get a sauna for our home - I found the customer service wonderful with SunStream (thank you, Lisa!) There are a lot of saunas out there that don’t offer the quality and warranty to back up the product. I feel that the prices were fair for what we’ve received and that it has been great value thus far. I often use it nightly (even in the tropics!) with my son and husband and it will continue to provide in the form of health benefits. It is well constructed, smells wonderful and the courier and packaging were all as good as I’d expect from such a reputable company. Thank you again, SunStream team.

I ordered the Suntream Evolve Mini sauna from them. Delivery was great, they dropped it off into my house. Assembly was smooth and simple - it's all cleverly interlocking panels, so no tools required. Customer support was responsive and always present to assist with any queries. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and am grateful to have such a luxurious experience at home!

I purchased one of these saunas around five years ago and honestly couldn’t be happier with the product. It has been fantastic and has performed exactly as promised.
When I called last week to query an issue, I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and easily it was handled. Without hesitation, a replacement transformer was organised and arrived quickly. I installed it straight away and it completely resolved the issue.
Service like this, especially so many years after purchase, is rare. The customer service is outstanding and only reinforces how highly I rate both the sauna and the company.
I would not hesitate to recommend this brand to anyone considering a sauna and will happily speak highly of the business whenever the opportunity arises.

Excellent product and customer service!
We purchased the Evolve Mini. It was delivered to regional Vic the following day. It was packaged well and was ridiculously easy to setup. Clear instructions. It is well constructed for something that is a flat pack! It heats up quickly and I get a heavy sweat going in no time.
I love traditional saunas but this thing is amazing for home. I would highly recommend it!
