We love uor Sun Stream sauna for over 10 years (our kids now have them, too :) Two months ago it didn't work perfect anymore, the team helped us straight away and sent a replacement part free of charge - despite the sauna being so old. The sauna now works again perfectly. That kind of customer service is incredibly rare these days. Outstanding quality, exceptional after-sales support, highly recommend it.

I love my sauna! Solid quality build. Due to tight space I have the smallest one. It's cheap to run, fast to heat up, super easy to use and the speaker system is good. 30ish minutes daily at 75% power (my preference) with diffused essential oils, is my feel good start to every day.

Love this sauna so much! Easy to assemble and completely low tox (I don't think there are any others of such quality on the market). Use it 4-5 times a week and find it so relaxing and good for my recovery and sleep.

I have had my sauna (3 petson) for about a year, glad i went for three person so i can lie down with knees bent or up wall. Love coming home from gym and jumping in, and gets me thru winter with ease. Speakers great quality, bluetooth has not missed a bess so listen to podcasts while i am in there.. great health investment!

Our experience with Sun Stream 's product (and customer support) has been faultless. The four-person (yes, at a pinch, but really comfy for two) sauna sits in what began as a sewing room/studio at the end of the garden and lay pretty much unused for years. The kit was a breeze for two not-so-young people to assemble, and the component quality is first class. That job completed, it truly was plug and play. The sauna performs brilliantly - far better than we expected - and for us the icing on the cake is its connectivity. We set up wifi and the "Internet of Things" to turn it on from the house; wait a few minutes for it to warm up and then stroll down the garden path for a sauna (plus whatever we want to listen to on the built-in Bluetooth audio system, which has pretty good-quality sound). This is a well-designed, very well-made and accurately priced infrared sauna. Highly recommended.

I love my Sun Stream Evolve Mini. It's like being instantly on holiday for 30 minutes each day. The delivery was great as the guy put it straight into the room I wanted it. I was able to assemble the sauna easily by myself. It's so nice with those included details like back rest, inbuild Bluetooth speakers, coloured light above, cup holder and aromatherapy holder and glass. The quality of the entire sauna is superb.

Great little sauna! Assembly was surprisingly easy. I managed to put it together by myself in under two hours. It fits perfectly into a small nook in my bedroom, which makes it super convenient to use. It’s very energy-efficient, and I’ve loved using it regularly since my purchase two months ago - almost every day. One thing I would improve is the heat-up time. It takes about an hour to reach the maximum temperature, so I usually run it for two cycles to get the best results. I did have a minor issue at first: one of the heat-sealing strips on the door lost its adhesive. But when I contacted the Sun Stream office, they responded quickly and sent me a replacement right away. The new strip works perfectly, so it turned out to be a positive experience overall. All in all, I absolutely love my mini sauna and would highly recommend it to anyone considering .

Just a quick note—our saunas are designed to heat the body directly rather than rely on ambient temperature, so even at 40°C with intensity set to 100%, you’ll be getting the full benefit. Starting your session at that point will help you sweat sooner and get the best experience. We’re so glad you’re loving your sauna and using it daily!

After hundreds of hours of searching for the ideal sauna I finally came across Sunstream Saunas. A number of factors were very appealing. Some of the lowest EMFs, a lifetime warranty (wow), been in the business of making IR saunas since the late 90s, very knowledgeable to talk to and straight up, no super fancy lies or gimmicks which I liked. I got the Supreme 4 (largest model) and have used it nearly every day the past few months since I purchased it. I did think my partner would join me most sessions but it's only been me and our little dog (he loves 10-20min sessions). So in hindsight I could have gone a bit smaller model. But it's great having a large one, and if friends come over there's plenty of room to have a sauna together. And I can spread right out by myself.
