We had Sun Smart crew install more solar panels and a new battery just recently. Great experience from the first contact by Mathew and Callum who kept in contact and organised the whole process, to the two installers Zeb and Josh who were very knowledgeable and professional. We had issues and ongoing bills from our previous solar panel installers, but this company has heped us choose the best approach, fix any problems and explained everything in details.

We were very impressed with Sunsmart's installation of our new battery and inverter for our existing solar panels. Harry did a great job, letting us know what was happening, making sure we got what we wanted to be blackout protected and then explaining all the parts of the system. Our garage was left all tidy before they left. We would recommend Sunsmart.

If you're in the market for a well designed, competitively priced solar system, then Matt and the team are the guys to consult. No shady salesman, just straight up real facts. Josh was very helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy and was excellent at explaining what to expect from your potential system. Callum who was great to deal with, managed the install and came up with a solution for our property which unfortunately had a 2 phase supply, meaning our options were limited, so he explored the viable options and gave us a choice. Our installation was undertaken by Harry and Tim, both highly skilled Electricians that know their trade, care about the fine details and are happy to work with my special requests. While those two were dealing with the invertors, batteries and switchboard rewiring, their friendly and trusty apprentice Brodie was up on the roof doing the hard yards in the sun installing the panels under their supervision. The panels were installed tidily, safely and without a leaky roof. Good job Brodie. These guys were here until 7pm one night as our install wasn't a typical one, and that shows the dedication and workmanship by getting the job completed and keeping their customers happy. Every member of the team was friendly, polite and respectful. These guys know that the cheap equipment doesn't last and costs you more in the long run, so they only sell and recommend trusted brands and components that are well proven in the industry. Honestly if you don't get a quote from Matt and Josh, and an install by Callum, Harry, Tim and Brodie, your mad. Check out my photo's and see for yourself.

We highly recommend SunSmart. Their competitive pricing and exceptional service are unbeatable. We started with solar panels and later added a solar battery. Lachlan and Jayden were fantastic – their work was top-notch with meticulous attention to detail. SunSmart even went the extra mile by installing a dark cap to cover the pale grey conduit on our house’s side. It’s a dark colour and they made it look perfect. Do yourself a favour and give SunSmart a try!
