Sunshine State Buyers Reviews

Sunshine State Buyers is absolutely incredible to deal with. I felt completely overwhelmed looking at the traditional market and all the agents involved. These guys stepped in and offered a completely different path that actually made sense for my situation. I loved that they purchase places in any condition because my spot needed serious work. Everything closed exactly on the date picked without any of those banking delays holding us up. It is refreshing to see a business deliver on every single promise they advertise. Absolutely brilliant service all around.

They truly went above and beyond for our family when we had to relocate quickly. We were dealing with a ton of damages that we could not afford so unloading as is was a real lifesaver. The payout provided was fair and there were absolutely zero hidden costs along the way. Wonderful folks to work with and I appreciate how transparent the whole transaction was from day one 👍. I am so glad we trusted their expertise.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with this brand. i was so stressed out about getting rid of my inherited property but they made the cash process so smooth 😊 and they just handled all the complicated paperwork. 10/10 would definitely suggest them to anyone needing to offload a home fast without the usual headaches.

We recently moved out of the state, we originally wanted to rent our old house but because of the COVID disaster we decided selling was the better choice, since are out of state, it's been hard trying to sell the house with a realtor. It was really too much paper work and we wanted to sell the house fast. We found Sunshine State Buyers on Google and they were the first to get back to us. Sunshine State Buyers is a great company to work with.
