We needed a new roof on our home. We had existing solar panels that needed to be removed. The roofer recommended Sunshine Plus Solar to us. Kevin came over and after discussing what it would cost to remove and reinstall 17 year old panels we decided to have an entire new system installed. Kevin was on the job the entire time. I also inquired about Solar Hot water as we have an in-ground pool. We couldn’t be happier with the installation or the way both systems work. Our pool can maintain 90 degrees if that’s our desired temperature. We have central air conditioning in ground pool and an electric car which my wife charges at home and still have a surplus of kilowatts everyday. Thank you Kevin and Sunshine Plus Solar.

We just bought a house with solar pool heating installed on the roof and noticed we were losing water but couldn’t figure out why. I found Sunshine Plus Solar on Google and gave them a call. Kevin came right over and quickly identified a few leaks. It turned out we needed a new panel, which he ordered and installed without any hassle. The leak from the solar heating system was the root cause of the water loss in the pool and Kevin and his son Alex took care of it perfectly. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Very happy with the service and results!

Kevin from sunshine plus solar gave me a quick estimate and best price. I had preferences on brand of solar panels and Enphase EQ inverters. They installed just what I asked for. Very happy with completed job and service. Working like clockwork and Enphase app shows complete system info. Electric bill on average $18 per month even with summertime pool and a/c running. Kevin also installed pool solar water heating.

I called Kevin and the Sunshine Plus team to inquire about replacing a solar hot water tank that had been installed by the prior home owners. From the moment I first spoke with Kevin, you could tell he was knowledgeable and transparent. Kevin came later that evening to check my current tank/system and walked me through exactly how the system works (which the solar company that installed the system years ago, refused to do). He noticed immediately that the system has not even been functioning because there was no anti-freeze left in the system. After a few days of talking it over, we decided to move forward on the project. I called Kevin and he said before he ordered the tank, he wanted to come back and inspect our panels on the roof to ensure they were not damaged. It turns out that they were leaking the anti-freeze, and are no longer functioning. Instead of trying to sell me on new panels, Kevin was upfront and honest and discussed with me potential alternatives (even outside of Solar). I really cannot thank him enough for his honesty (even though it meant he was losing business) and I hope someone looking to install solar on their house reads this review and gives him a call.

We loved everything about Kevin and his business. He was responsive and patient with us and answered all of our questions. We were set on having black solar panels with no grid lines. Kevin showed us what he normally uses in that instance and could tell we liked it, but didn’t love it. However we had agreed because that seemed to be the best option. Kevin went out of his way to contact his distributor to find a darker color that he could provide us. It’s little actions like this, that make us write this 5 star review. Kevin listened to us, heard us and got us exactly what we wanted. Would recommend a thousand times over!

I have now had my solar electric and pool solar for 6-7 years. I have had no issues whatsoever with my electric. I have had only a couple of minor issues with my pool solar over that time, and Kevin has come over and addressed them. I appreciate the fact that he continues to check in with me to make sure that everything is going well and to see if there is anything I need. I know he also checks my electric production on his end as well, and will probably notice if I have a problem before I do. I am recommending them to all my friends and neighbors.
