We booked this trip with Sun Sailing for an ashes memorial service and it was such an amazing experience with Catherine and Grant. They made us feel safe, were respectful for the spreading and even provided rose petals which I thought was a lovely gesture. We had a delicious snack and time for reflection before heading back.

Organised a sunset sail as a gift for my mum and it was the most incredible experience. Crew was amazing they did everything possible to make this an unforgettable experience. Price was affordable and well worth it. They were hospitable, friendly, warm, welcoming, took photos for us, fed us, provided drinks, blankets and there was a pup on board for pats! It was so fun, I can’t wait to return with my family and friends. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a sunset, the water or just enjoys being out on a boat.

Fantastic sailing with amazing hosts! We had an absolutely amazing time sailing with Cath and Grant! They took exceptional care of us, ensuring we felt relaxed and well-looked-after the entire trip. The food and drinks were fantastic and really elevated the experience. Wilson, their adorable dog, was such a delightful addition to the day. An absolutely fantastic experience! This was an activity my BFF and I did - to just get away from the bustle fir a couple of hours! The food and drinks were fab!! Overall, we had the best, relaxed and enjoyable time!!

Can't recommend Sun Sailing enough! I booked a same-day sunset cruise for my partner and I - we ended up being the only people on the tour, and I was pleasantly surprised they didn't cancel or ask us to rebook. Owners were so lovely and we had some good chats while they refilled our bubbly several times. :) The sunset was beautiful and we had such a nice time - the snacks were a bonus, and they had very cozy blankets ready once the sun went down and the temperature dropped. Very nice small business, and a great alternative to some of the larger, more commercial boat tour options.

Excelente experience The experience was incredible, the service was exceptional, and the sunset was spectacular. The captain’s professionalism was outstanding—he handled the sailing perfectly at all times, even when there were waves, and it felt extremely safe. We felt very comfortable and secure throughout the trip. We highly recommend it—1000%. You have to come!

Had a lady driving one of these company cars, White Hyundai, in Surfers Paradise, in front of the Mantra hotel at 8 am roughly 31st March 2026 threatened to run me over if I didn’t move out of the parking space she wanted to park it, which I was holding for my work boss as we have an oversized vehicle that can’t fit in a standard parking space. She then told me if I didn’t move, she was going to run me over. She then started reversing into me. She was very rude and aggressive. Very dangerous. I don’t want to slander the company but want to make the owners aware of workers who are representing their business.

Fabulous afternoon cruising on the beautiful Gold Coast water. Weather perfection, Grant and Gary exceptional hosts- lots of laughs at Gary’s jokes! Wilson the dog joined in as well! Would highly recommend as a great way to distress relax and enjoy our gorgeous waterways.

My Fiancé and I had the best time on our sunset cruise!!! It was a perfect afternoon out on the water, the complementary snacks and drinks were lovely. Catherine & Grant were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable hosts (and of course Wilson was the star of the show!) 10/10 experience and we can't wait to bring our family and friends back for a private charter!! Highly recommend
