We were referred by our home inspector to Summit Roofing. We purchased this home knowing it needed a new roof and Ian came out, gave us a quote for $14,000 which is reasonable. We are happy with the roof, however during the removal of shingles, none of our outside floors were covered with tarp, causing our dogs feces to be smashed into the grass pad with shingles. We also installed lights on each level of our house (we own an electrical company) and half of them were damaged and no longer work on the top floor. The gentleman who came today claimed they don’t think they broke them and won’t be taking care of them. I find that disappointing as we are business owners ourselves and would never damage a homeowners property and refuse to take care of it.

From start to finish, the installation of our FORTIFIED roof was handled with professionalism, transparency, and true attention to detail. Ben, the program manager, was outstanding. He clearly explained the FORTIFIED process, kept everything on track, and was always available to answer questions. When the work was completed, I could tell they knew what they were doing. They even took care of a few things that were noticed during the job that were not part of the plan. I understand how important it is to find qualified tradesmen these days. Summit gets high marks from me.

I had a roof leak, I called summit roofing because of the google reviews. I also called three other local companies to come give an estimate and make the repair. Summit roof by far was the best from start to finish, in fact they were the cheapest too. Sean came to the house, climbed up onto the roof until he found the small hole/damage. Sean explained the process, the timeline and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The other companies, only flew a drone and the other did not go climb up but gave an estimate to replace half the roof, when in fact it was a small minor damage. From the person who answered the phone, the text message form Sean stating he was on his way to the owner giving a detailed estimate. Was just fantastic, repeat: they were the cheapest.
