Finding german cockroach in our house came as a shock and really upset me. I chose Summit out of the four companies I called, not only due to the fantastic reviews but because of the excellent customer service from Louise during my initial call.
She was so kind and caring and made me feel like she truly cared about her customers.
Both Adam and James provided excellent customer service, they were friendly, professional, and showed great empathy, reassuring me they would resolve this issue.
I also spoke to Sandra on one occasion, who was also very caring and helpful.
Such a lovely team who are a credit to the company that genuinely cares about its customers. Thank you so much to all of you.

Many thanks to Michelle that I spoke to, she was very polite and so helpful, and to Adam the technician, he showed up exactly on time, was respectful of the property and very polite too.

An highly recommended service. An effective, efficient service from genuinely nice people who dealt with a wasps nest in our roof in an awkward place within 18 hours of emailing. Shouts out to Louise E who very efficiently handled the call and invoicing and payment and was lovely , and the very friendly and knowledgeable Tony who did the job with no fuss. Good job everyone. I don’t usually add reviews following the use of a new service, but on this occasion I felt compelled to because the service was above and beyond my expectations. We had a pigeon problem across all 3 of our roofs. Pigeon spikes and a combination of pigeon nettings were installed in the same day I called. Suffice to say, we no longer have pigeon problems. We are so grateful. Excellent outcome. Truly impressive. Thankyou

I live in Spain but used Summit Pest Control at my rental property in Marylebone. Rodent problem has been resolved after they carried out extensive proofing work and riddance programme which was recommended by them.

Excellent service and response. Called Summit out to investigate a problem with a nest of mice. The lady who took the booking was very pleasant and couldnt have been more helpful. The pest control guy came round within about an hour and started the treatment. Problem has all cleared up now. Would highly recommend.
