Stephen was really helpful and polite. He also signed me up for their air filter replacement plan, which will save me half of what I was paying on filters. They took care of all my maintenance issues quickly and cleanly.

Tyler was nice and polite answered all my questions to the best of his abilities and Sullivan company as a company we have never had any problems with them being professional and their response timing is always great. Update ken came by to give me a assessment of my central ac and furnace and was a no nonsense guy who helped me get a new central ac cause the 1 I had was wayyyyyy out of date.
