My wife and I bought a full bedroom set in 2019. (Some of finest built furniture I've ever seen). I damaged the drawer slides on two of the largest drawers while removing/replacing them. On a Friday afternoon I called Sugarhouse Furniture and spoke with Ben, explained the situation, and that I would like to get OEM replacements. Ben said he would get on it and contact the manufacturer, Trend Manor in California. The following Monday Ben emailed that the slides had been shipped to my house. The total amount was very reasonable. The slides arrived on Wednesday. THIS is great customer service!!! THANKS BEN!!!

Fabulous furniture store. This is, by the way, a great way to do custom upholstery. The Amish companies they work with are flexible and willing to customize some of the pieces. In our case, we were able to do our own fabric on their craftsmen base and we LOVE it. Additionally, the folks who manage the store are very kind, patient, professional and thorough. I would absolutely shop here again. Beautiful furniture, skip everywhere else if you’re looking for wood.

I had a really good experience at this furniture shop. The showroom has a nice selection of modern and classic pieces, all arranged neatly. The staff was friendly and helped me choose a sturdy study table that fits perfectly in my room. Prices were fair for the quality offered. Delivery was quick and the item arrived in excellent condition.

After years of owning furniture made of glue and particle board, we decided to buy some quality furniture to replace our dining room set and bedroom furniture. The furniture is beautiful, well made and sturdy. The entire staff at Sugarhouse Furniture were awesome to work with...we were probably not the easiest customers to work with going back to the store more than once, measuring and rethinking exactly what we wanted. Although we had to wait for a couple of pieces, in the end everything worked great and accommodations made by Jill, Ben and Chris were awesome and very fair. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for well made, quality furniture.

All of the best pieces of furniture in my house have come from Sugar House Furniture. I have a dining room table + chairs and several other tables (including a custom-sized coffee table) all made from rough-sawn maple that are absolutely gorgeous and extremely sturdy -- you can touch any of these pieces and tell right away that they are high-quality. The proprietors are all friendly and helpful, and I never get "salesperson" vibes from them when I come in to look around. If you want some buy-it-for-life furniture, you'd be hard-pressed to do better than these folks.

The set is absolutely beautiful.
