A piece I’ll treasure forever My dad passed away this past August and I spent weeks researching cremation jewelry and I am so glad I went with Sugarberry. I received my necklace today, and it is absolutely stunning even more beautiful than I imagined! The quality and craftsmanship are exceptional, and it’s exactly what I was hoping for. I had been looking forward to this piece for weeks, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The entire process, from placing my order to receiving it in the mail, was seamless and well-organized. Communication was clear and kind every step of the way. Being able to rely on Sugarberry has been a huge relief and has made my grieving process so much easier. Now I have a gorgeous piece of jewelry to hang close to my heart every day.

I've been devastated since my mother passed unexpectedly 5 months ago. I ordered the Iris ring as a way to honor and memorialize my mom. May e has been kind, thoughtful, and respectful throughout the process, keeping me updated on shipping dates and times, progress, etc. It's so kind and thoughtful to give people the option to give details about their loved one. I found that comforting. The jewelry piece is beautiful, stunning, and well made. I would strongly recommend sugarberry memorials to anyone put in the same unfortunate position that I was.

Wow! Just what I was looking for. Kayce displayed amazing empathy and went above and beyond in service. Every message was always answered timely and I was kept updated on every step in the process. I would highly recommend allowing her some artistic liberties as she listened to the story of my love and made suggestions within my budget that resulted in a customized piece that honors his memory and esthetic. Dear reader During one of the harder times In our life we didn’t know who to trust with our daughters ashes but we knew we wanted a keepsake. After looking through the web it was hard to find someone we trusted with such a task. Not only did Sugarberry Memorials do a great job they were very transparent on the timeframe in which she could get it done. There was a waiting list and it took a couple weeks but Rome wasn’t built in a day, anytime we wanted to message she got back to us. We even asked if she could have it done a week early and she delivered the ring looks amazing and feels great to wear would love to do business again but hope we don’t have too, 5 Star seller and thanks again for the beautiful rings with ashes Majestic Farms Jamie

My sincere condolences♡ I unexpectedly lost my mother, Christine. She truly was my best friend and a huge part of my daily life through thick and thin. I knew I wanted something to keep her close to me everyday. Something that was as unique and beautiful as her but wouldn't remind me of death like traditional cremation jewlery does - no judgment to those who do prefer that. I searched and researched every option and company I could find..luckily I stumbled upon Kayce♡ After reviewing her creations, meticulous process, and the extras she does out of pure empathy and passion for what she does, I knew she was the one! I could trust my mother's ashes with her and had full faith and confidence that she'd do my mother's ring justice. All of Kayce's work is exquisite but I wanted to custom design something incorporating pieces/reminders of my mom throughout the ring. I'll be the first time admit I am extremely detail oriented, sentimental, and particular to say the least. I have unique, higher-end taste. Kasey had the patience of an angel throughout the entire process! She made sure we achieved my desired look without compromising the quality or durability of my ring especially considering I'm an RN who wanted to wear it daily. This was challenging and took a lot of time and tweaking. Kasey didn't give up until it was perfect! Kayce's work is absolutely gorgeous but only in person can you truly see and appreciate the intricate details, high-end quality, and astounding workmanship in all it's glory♡ My ring turned out more beautifully than I had even envisioned! I get compliments everytime I'm out..literally. I've had a few people who work in the jewlery industry spot it and ask to see it closely in admiration. I always proudly say "my mama is in there." In 2021, my beloved Grammie passed away unexpectedly, she was cremated, and I have held onto her remains for 3 years. I had been researching cremation jewelry for over 3 years. I didn’t want just any company to make the jewelry because every single company I researched just fed me a bunch of empty promises and couldn’t guarantee anything. Then in April 2024, I placed my first order with Sugarberry Memorials because with all the reviews I had read, after researching the website and the ordering process, it was like my Grammie spoke to me telling me to use this company to make her ring. Kayce walked me through the process, emailed me, and sent me text messages about the order, her process of making the jewelry and when Kayce communicated with me that she would be taking care of my Grammie, I knew I found the company I had been looking for years. Now let’s fast forward to Mother’s Day 2024, my father passed away after fighting Parkinson’s with such tenacity. Losing my beloved Grammie in 2021 and then losing my dad left me completely heartbroken even more than I havd ever felt. I placed my second order and the next day Kayce reached out to me expressing her condolences and walked me through my second order. Kayce and her company is by far the most open honest, transparent, kindest, caring company I have ever done business with. She has treated my Grammie, my dad, and me with such love and compassion.
