A lot of these reviews are fake fyi. They keep deleting negative reviews. I bought my mother a gift certificate for two services. This was a gift that was supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable. Instead it was a complete nightmare, a nightmare I paid $200 for. From the jump they were very rude and inpatient when my mom called to ask a basic question on what services are covered by the gift certificate. How are you miserable working at a spa? Go work at the DMV they need you . Idk if they're racist. Or what their deal is. They are very nasty, condescending and lazy. Their "massages" if you can call it that are lackluster and rushed. They just want to get you in and out as fast as possible. An empty spa mind you. Disgusting find somewhere that would appreciate your business and treat you like a human being.

Thoroughly enjoyed my half day spa experience recently at the Altamonte Springs location. Joy and Anthony provided wonderful facial/body treatments and deep tissue massage. Hedonistic! Thank you!

My husband and I got a couples massage with Doris and Adrian! They were professional and phenomenal. The space is serene and beautiful, we will definitely go back again!

Absolutely love this experience. My wife and I had a couples massage and it was like a complete reset, hands down the best massage we've had in ages.

This place is absolutely a great find! Easily in the same company as the very expensive spa's like the Ritz Carlton but at a fraction of the cost. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. I am a bit of a massage snob. I am very picky about quality. I have been at several high end spas over the years, but this one is my favorite by far. Sandra is, without question, the best massage therapist I have had. I hate to mention her name because I may have difficulty in the future booking time with her. If you want a real deep tissue massage from someone that I consider to be the best - she is the one!

I paid for a one-hour deep tissue massage and a twenty-minute scalp massage. The deep tissue massage felt like a gentle rubdown, but the scalp massage was poorly executed, consisting of only a few side rubs. Both treatments were shorter than the advertised duration of one hour and twenty minutes.

Both my massage and facial were so excellent and I felt very cared for. I walked away feeling really great. The front desk and owner were also very kind to make sure our needs were met.
