A lovely stay with thoughtful touches!
☺I had a really lovely stay at Studio Stay on 66 and would definitely recommend it. The location is incredibly convenient, but what I appreciated most was the attention to detail throughout the apartment. Everything felt clean and well looked after, and even the towels and bedding smelled amazing! The hand soap, lotion and body wash provided were also really lovely products and a nice touch.
The staff were wonderful. The security staff were always friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff did an amazing and very thorough job. Marion was also incredibly responsive whenever I sent a message, which made communication very easy.
Overall, a great stay. Comfortable, convenient, very well maintained, and with lots of thoughtful little details that made a difference. I would happily stay here again!
☹There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Just as a small suggestion, having an umbrella available in the apartment would be a lovely touch, especially for those unexpected rainy days.

☺Beautiful, clean, quiet.
☹Someone dented the car I was driving at the parking lot. A separate parking space for the occupants and restaurant patrons would be nice

We are so sorry to hear about the dent on your car during your stay—we completely understand how frustrating that is. Was a wonderful stay ! Thank you for the good service. The security guard especially was really helpful by bringing my bags to my room and showing me how everything works. Really close to a lot of restaurants and shops and also near the US consulate which was very convenient. Very affordable for the stunning room ! Will definitely stay there again.

This was our first accommodation upon arriving in South Africa. Now that we’ve travelled to Cape Town and Hermanus, we can say this place has fantastic facilities and plenty of space. Morning sunlight falls on the greenery on the dining table, creating a lovely atmosphere. The security staff were so helpful. They stored our luggage, carried our bags to the room, and looked out for us while we waited for an Uber by the road. We are from China, where guns are prohibited and public safety is very good. We were not aware that waiting by the roadside could be unsafe in Johannesburg, and the guard kindly suggested we wait inside the estate. We have encountered many kind, welcoming people on our trip. Crime can occur in every country, and South Africa is not a dangerous place.

I’m so happy to hear that your stay with us was a great start to your South African journey, and that you enjoyed the apartment, the space, and the morning sunlight. I’m also glad our security team took such good care of you! Enjoy the rest of your travels in Cape Town and Hermanus—you are welcome back anytime!

My wife and I, love staying here every time we are in JHB. It’s our little home away from home. Marion is a great host and always welcoming. On our recent 3rd stay there, we had just landed from Hong Kong and were laying over in JHB. She was soooo accommodating and ensured we had an earlier check in after a 13hr flight. The space is private, spacious, homey and close to great restaurants and Sandton city. We will keep coming back. Thanks Marion
