It was a pleasure to work with Marco Chirivi I and his team. It was so easy, and received my Codice Fiscale sooner than expected. Use Studio Leale Metta instead of the Italian Consolate in Philadelphia. (What a nightmare). Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and speed in which I was able to get my codice fiscale for Italy. This was necessary because I'm there and time was important. It took just as long as the service said it would: 7-9 days. I'm satisfied with the results. Marco Chirivi did an excellent job.

We decided to contact this firm based on the reviews!. So far the experience is less than satisfactory. I called yesterday, if you select English it asked you to leave a message. I called back and reached a person. I called from Milan expecting to reach someone in Milan ( or at least Italy) the person that answered the phone had a strong American accent and could have been based in the US. I explained that I wanted to speak to someone in Milan, there was noone avaialble - no secretary ?! Nooone. It was 14.30.. approx. I asked for a call back as soon as possible. After two days no call back... wow!!!!
Update 28.5.28 - after reading the reply below from your company - still noone has called back after 1 week. Clearly your system is not so efficient. The number was given and read back to us to confirm. Noone has contacted us!

Since we work with clients throughout the world who are based in different time zones, we have a centralized trained reception team that answers the phone 24/7. All calls are handled there. For most calls, the reception team is trained to provide the needed information right then and there. When callers ask to speak with a lawyer or staff member, the messages are emailed to the appropriate lawyer or staff member. Our reception team members are not located in the same space where our teams work and they have no option to ‘transfer’ calls to staff. We use this setup deliberately as it is more efficient to connect callers from many different time zones to our law firm with offices in multiple locations. We also ask our reception team to collect your email address so that our team will be able to respond as quickly as possible.
We have seen that, among all the systems that we tried, the current one has been providing the best experience to people calling and working with our law firm.

I did a lot of research before consulting this practice and they far exceeded my expectations - a really amazing group of lawyers. Nick was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and generous with his time. I would recommend them without reservation and am thankful for all their help!
