I have lived in 11 apartments in the last 5 years, with 11 different property managers. None of them come close to Lee. Lee has been absolutely incredible. No matter the issue, Lee has always solved it in 10 minutes. He is incredibly responsive, on the ball, and over all such a pleasant person to rent from. It’s overwhelmingly evident that he cares about his tenants. This is the first Google review I’ve ever written, and that should speak volumes about Lee.

Following up on the response left from structure properties. The roof is still in hazardous condition and has been for the past year already. Still nothing has been done about it and the only time they sent out someone to inspect the roof was when it finally collapsed and damaged my vehicle. Continues to leak water from the every part of the roof. This place is a mess seriously. The whole property is trashed. There is dog poop everywhere, cigarette butts left everywhere, They do not take care of the place at all. Move in was horrible, there was like 15-20 gallons of paint that was left in the closet, pots and pans left in the closet, a broken screen door, garbage and trash just sitting in our unmaintained backyard which was also promised to be cleaned up before move in per our leasing agent Brook.I would never recommend anybody to live under these people. When we were battling pests in our unit, we told them on numerous occasions that we need pest control to service us and the resident manager refused and refused and she literally told me that "tenants are responsible for pests" until i got in contact with the senior property manager then they ended up finally sending them after about 2 months. I really hope whoever reads this gets the message that these people really do not care about the tenants whatsoever.

Worst Property Management company ever!. Completely ignored extremely dangerous safety hazards, which include the roof collapsing over my car!! I sent videos out to the Senior Property Manager Alex and he completely ignored my message. A month later the roof ended up collapsing on my car and they refuse to pay for property damages. They know about this situation and still refuse to fix the roofing as it continues to be in horrible condition. still continuously leaking and bulging from the water trapped inside. 0/10 would not recommend to anybody. They do not take their tenant complaints seriously and i have had filed noise complaints since we moved in a year ago and still no resolution.

Following the incident referenced, our team conducted an in-person inspection with the property manager and on-site staff. Based on these findings, the damage to your vehicle did not appear consistent with your allegations. More specifically, your vehicle damage appeared to have paint transfer from another vehicle, and not from any roofing material that may have fallen on your vehicle. This was clearly communicated in writing, along with guidance to pursue the matter through the appropriate insurance channels.
We strongly disagree with the characterization that this matter was ignored. Our records reflect consistent communication, on-site follow-up, and documented assistance provided in a timely manner.
While we understand that this situation is frustrating, we remain committed to addressing all concerns in accordance with our standards and the law. We are happy to continue working with you on any other matters related to your tenancy.

It's been an amazing experience staying at Columbus Residence for two months! Quiet, comfortable living, with an abundance of very well-maintained shared bathrooms and showers. The close proximity to public transit and great food is a cherry on top. I have nothing but great things to say about this property and the property manager, Lee! This place is located in the perfect place, right in the middle of little italy, Chinatown and the financial district! It’s perfect for walking commute and has grocery stores and a gym all nearby. The units are perfect for the solo renter and are perfectly spacious enough for general needs and come fully furnished with furniture, a fully dressed bed, TV, and fridge+ freezer unit. Downstairs is a shared kitchen and the bathrooms are cleaned extremely well by the housekeeping staff who do a tremendous job. There are washers and dryers available, a lounge, and a reception on the 2nd floor for packages. The property manager Lee is really fantastic and does a thorough job of ensuring his tenants feel safe and well taken care of. He’s extremely accommodating and goes over and above to help tenants and make them feel welcome along with ensuring all needs are taken care of. His communication is top notch. For the price, this place is amazing and as far as I’m concerned can’t be beat in SF. Utilities and WiFi are included in the 1300$ price and it’s awesome.
I recommend anyone to stay here is who is a solo renter. As a female, I’ve felt very safe here and I walk to and from work sometimes at 11:30pm at night and have had no issues. This is seriously a sweet spot.

This company is completely inept. They sent a rent increase notice with the increase calculated on the wrong amount. Half a dozen emails and a month later and they still can't get it right. It doesn't matter who you talk to; a specific 'accountant', the accounting dept, or the head honcho.

Structure Properties management took over an apartment building that I’ve been living in for over a year now, and I have to say— this apartment management company is hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with! What really sets them apart is their amazing responsiveness. Any maintenance request I’ve submitted (and there haven’t been many because everything is so well-maintained) gets handled lightning-fast—usually within 24 hours. The staff is friendly, approachable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure residents feel at home. They have great security team that works on site 24/7. The properties themselves are clean, modern, and equipped with great amenities. Rent is fair for the value. If you’re looking for a good management company, this is it. I visited the residence at 112 Columbus Avenue today. Kurt was incredibly kind and welcoming. He took his time showing me all the common areas and the room, and he really made me feel like I was in the right place. That’s not easy to find in San Francisco when you’re new to the city!
