Recently had a survey performed by Structural Surveys UK. They were fast, professional and reasonably priced. I made the mistake of getting a RICS Level 3 elsewhere first, and I wish I hadn't bothered. The report from Structural Surveys UK was more thorough and covered more areas, and it only cost a little more than the RICS survey. Worth every penny.

Disappointing and inaccurate survey I would not recommend this company due to the fact that a couple of big issues were missed in our full structural survey. This includes one issue which they flagged as a Condition rating 2. The surveyor stated that there was only one single air brick present to the front elevation so there is a lack of passive ventilation to the underside of the suspended floor. It is clear from looking at the property that there is in fact more than one air brick present. It concerns me that such a simple thing was missed. Correspondence with them regarding another issue has been disappointing due to their dismissive and condescending manner.

They were very obliging to help in an emergency set of circumstances, I was I was impressed to see how fast they rushed in and make a space available for me. They were able to get the report back within the 3 To 4 days promised. And the report was full, I made one further request for someone to phone me back to explain the structural damage…. Fingers crossed, they’ll do this really quickly too

Awful Awful. Took a photo of the roof from the floor. Told us it would last between 25 to 30 years. Within a year we had water pouring in. Customer after care was shocking. Jackie was awful. Kept giving me misleading information. They have clearly changed their name recently, probably as their reviews were shocking.

Impressed! I had a structural survey booked and paid for a house I was intending on buying but the sale didn’t go ahead before the survey was done.
