I've just started boxing and I'm loving the classes so far! Each instructor has their own style, which keeps things interesting, and I enjoy breaking a sweat while learning something new. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and I definitely plan to keep going for the fun, the skills, and the great workout.
I highly recommend this gym! I've been a member since August and it's such an inclusive and positive space. The morning strength training classes are a perfect balance between individual training with a supportive group atmosphere. Emily is incredibly kind and encouraging no matter your experience level.
The best gym with the most amazing trainers and super positive vibes! Was there multiple times when visiting friends and every time Emily was on top of the workout routine , provided clear instructions and was super friendly. Highly recommend both for morning workouts and boxing classes!
Would definitely recommend for anyone interested! I've been going to strength training in the mornings with Emily for few months now and it has absolutely helped me feel stronger and be more proactive about taking care of my body while working a physically demanding job. I've attended a few of their boxing classes as well which was a new and fun experience. It's a good start to my day and welcoming place for beginners.
Absolutely love going to Strong Martha! Not just for the amazing boxing and weight lifting classes, but for the community it has created. I have met so many wonderful people all while learning how to box and improve my exercise routine. Emily is an incredible teacher! I highly recommend checking it out!
Came in on a walk in and was very impressed! I did a session with Emily and got a very good workout. She had a very unique playlist of music set with specific timers for all the different areas we were working out. I was feeling great at the end of the session! I’d like to return again and try some boxing lessons from her next time!
Emily and the Strong Martha team are amazing! I've been training with Emily personally for a few months and it's been life changing. I've had back pain for as long as I can remember so was worried I wouldn't be able to workout, but she's made the workouts fun while helping me strengthen my back. I've made so much progress that recently I've even jumped into a boxing class and had the best time! Cannot recommend this place enough. You can tell when the owners really care and that exactly what you get when you walk through the door.
I did personal training with Emily of Strong Martha last summer, and wow, was that the best experience! I wanted to learn to use weights properly but was self-conscious and didn't know where to begin. I started working with Emily, and she is not only incredibly kind but a fantastic teacher.
