This was a Christmas gift for our family, we are over visiting from Australia. What an amazing Santa experience! We have nothing like this back home, and know it is something our children will remember forever. The whole experience ran so smoothly, like a well oiled machine. Enough time in each area that the children got to experience each area without getting bored. Their Santa was brilliant, did not rush them, and took the time to really talk to them and ask questions. I love our family photo 🥰 Thank you to all the team for working so hard to make memories for our families at Christmas. Wishing you all a very happy 2026 😊

In the words of my five year old "I give it a million out of a million stars" When you ask Santa what's your favourite things and he says Man Utd and Star Wars, you know you've got a great Santa interaction coming up! Fab day, we loved Nick our elf guide, he was so friendly and great banter.

Did the Magical Christmas experience - while this is a fun experience for older children, I think Streamvale should be more clear that their facilities aren't suited to children under 18 months. The Quiet Room is meant to be a place for breast feeding, baby changing and small children, but it was very unclean, lots of cobwebs and mud on the floor. It appears birds had gotten in as there were what looked like bird dropping on the chairs and the changing table. Also there was no heating on in this room, not great when its freezing in winter and you have a baby. Ultimately this is a farm and more suited to those older children and Streamvale should be more forth coming about their lack of facilities for younger children or invest in making it better for younger children and parents. Had we known we wouldnt have brought our baby and only brought our toddler. The Christmas Experience was overpriced for what you got, which was a lot of christmas lights used to decorate temporary fencing or walls. But the animal petting was fun and the staff were very friendly!

Santa and the Christmas event were good, but the photography was shockingly bad. Charging £10 per photo really requires the photographer to improve their skills and actually check what they are producing.

Visited two days in a row with various grandchildren. We found everyone to be helpful, cheery and accommodating. Nothing was a bother and the first trip went extremely well. Unfortunately the second trip didn't go so smoothly. Our grandchild was upset and needed to terminate the experience early. The Elves were marvellous with him. They tried so hard to turn his experience round. All credit to them. Mr. & Mrs Clause were excellent, the Elves were superb. Our 3 & 3/4 Granddaughter was over the moon when Santa told her she was on the Nice list. Well done to everyone involved. Merry Christmas to you all.

A fantastic experience at Streamvale’s Halloween event. Congratulations on a brilliant, Fun-filled event. Not worth the money. You’ll be waiting in long lines (20 mins) for attractions that last 1-2 minutes. Groups of 6 is not ideal, 2 people at the front get the jump scare everyone else is just walking around a dark room. Really disappointing wouldn’t recommend to anyone, it’s cold, boring and a waste of time

Sorry we are obviously not for you Jason and not the feedback we have got from everyone else. 20 minutes is an appropriate wait at this type of an event. I agree if we put less people in at a time it would be even more effective however I am sure you can understand it would then be much longer than a 20 minute wait! Sorry for it being cold but not much we can do about that one!

2025 Haloween edit: We've been coming for Haloween for number of years and this year was the worst with queues. Lovely activities but waiting for 20min in a queue for few of them really ruined the fun. The girl at the Hounted House didn't realised how frustrated people were and I offered that another family comes in with us instead of waiting for another few minutes. We went in for 5.30 and by 9pm we barely managed to visit all ticketed activities and never even got to go to the animals. Really dissapointed how busy it was. 2019: Love this place! Have been regular visitor for years with my 5y and 3y old. Annual pass is a great value. Plenty of animals to visit and make friends, play areas both outside and inside, barrel rides snd tractor rides included in price now. One of the few places that you can stay all day and have plenty to do whatever the weather. Plus the coffee shop and burger bar with lots of places to sit . Don't get stressed when you see hundred cars on the car park as when you go inside it doesn't feel crowded despite many people inside as they spread among the whole farm. Highly recommend for families with children but also adults.
