If I could offer 10 stars I would. These guys are total pros, very customer-centric and easy to work with. I took my airstream there to fix a few little odds and ends and to check out the solar system update that was installed by the dealer where I bought my first airstream. Long story short, the original install was a mess and the team at stream RV took me through the repairs and excruciating detail. Not only explaining what they did but why they did it.

I took my BayStar in for a damaged awning and some other items that needed taking care of and these guys were great. They worked with manufacturers on getting parts and installation information and doing it at a reasonable price. I would recommend Stream RV for any type of service you may need. I looked at Streamrv online & saw the perfect rv for my husband & me! The bed & walkway were just what we wanted. Wayne the sales manager was so very helpful every step of the way. We drove from Texas to North Carolina to get a 2002 Chinook Destiny. I LOVE Chinooks!! When we arrived it was clean & ready to go. Wayne even helped us move ALL our things to the rv . He is so thoughtful & helpful. I recommend him & Streamrv highly for their service & friendliness. As we were starting to head out a check engine light came on & they immediately found the problem & fixed it! Water from a power washing!!! It was getting late so they offered us to stay in our rv at their nice spot with electricity & water until the morning. Our trip home went great , no problems at all!! Thank you Wayne & all the service people & Jason the owner. He oversaw everything & is super nice!!

I had a fairly major upgrade to my 2024 Coachmen Beyond. A 920ah battery bank added and 600w of solar on the roof along with all the Victron Magic to make it work! However, there were a lot of issues along the way getting the OEM system to play nice with the new stuff. There were moments that I seriously regretted doing the upgrade. However, Chris, the Service Manager, stuck with me every step of the way. Many of the issues were out of his control but he kept on working the plan. He never avoided my calls or texts. In the end, I now have a great system and I'm very glad how Chris at Stream RV took care of me. I believe that Stream RV is a great place to have your RV serviced or have a full blown electrical upgrade. Thanks Chris and team!

No customer caste system here... Ever been embarrassed shopping because you're realistic about your budget limitations? Had that feeling worsened by being treated as subhuman? Be prepared to be treated like royalty! As a recent, 70 year old widow I was a prime target for unscrupulous sales tactics. No justification for my fears: I flew from DAB to RDU, was picked up by Wayne, who brought snacks and water. At the dealership, my prospective purchase was up, running, and in tip-top shape. After a thorough walk through, the paper work was a breeze. I got in my new-to-me '05 Roadtrek and drove the over 600 miles back to Florida without an issue. I highly recommend the dealership and staff and will do business with them again should the opportunity arise.

We are continually impressed with their service including research of new units and technologies, timely acquisition of parts, and flawless installation. In addition to swapping out units, the team needed to pull interior panels and add new wiring. Their attention to detail cannot be surpassed!

Wayne was fantastic and found us just the RV we needed. He was so knowledgeable about the particulars of our Roadtrek and was able to explain and demonstrate every single system in the RV. He was very communicative and personable throughout the whole process and worked with us to find a lender and insurance, too! It went so smoothly and we had our new van within a week of first contacting him. His RV’s are priced fairly and we didn’t have to negotiate price. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new Class B RV and to notch experience at Stream RV.

Bought a b t cruiser from Wayne. Generally happy with the sale. Before leaving the lot, I should have actually operated each system myself, for I am having trouble with the water heater. I finally found the bypass valve that allowed water to be pumped into the heater, but the igniter isn’t snapping and the propane isnt flowing. We are in Illinois, and have given up on figuring out the problem ourselves. The telephone answering service is clunky and staticy. Leaving a message doesn’t seem possible. Over the years, wayne and everyone there has been helpful and pstient.

The Stream RV team is professional, helpful, and highly capable! I came in with a large converted vehicle onto which they installed solar panels and replaced the battery system. I can now get super accurate info on power collection and usage, which has been nothing short of game changing. Plus, the upgraded battery system and cabling is much safer. Shout out to Steve for being an excellent service advisor, Chris for the solar/battery consult, and JR for his extensive skills and knowledge on how to build so many different things for RV's. All of them made time for me and my questions which was very kind and appreciated. Most other shops wouldn't touch my vehicle but Stream RV confidently took on the challenge. I have so much gratitude for their knowledge and expertise!
