I had fantastic experience with Dr Donna, she took the time to explain everything clearly and tailored the treatment plan to my needs and constantly adjusted it based on my progress. I was impressed with her keen observation and the tiny adjustments she constantly makes. Her emphasis is on whole posture and educating you,so you can be on the path to recovery and stay there long term. I feel very confident that soon I will be pain free and strong. Beyond the treatment itself the sessions were always professional, friendly and motivating. l highly recommend Donna to anyone seeking effective compassionate PT care.

Dr Strait is remarkably effective at her craft and gave me a fresh start to enjoy athletics and time with my daughter. Cervical, postural, and neurological conditions can be very hard to diagnose in a medical “grey area”. I had literally 20 doctor visits in the 3 months before I found Donna, with no clear prognosis and numerous misleading theories. Donna applied a hands-on, logical approach to research, identify, and then develop a personalized physical therapy game plan. She was a lifesaver! I am now completely back to normal, riding dirtbikes with my daughter, pushing hard on my road bike and doing all sorts of activities that are hard on the neck. If you are looking for cervical answers and need a caring, talented expert to help you recover Donna should be at the top of your list!

I heard about Donna from a friend who had seen her for a cycling-related injury. After hearing their glowing reviews, I decided to reach out to her for help. Donna helped me to alleviate my debilitating headaches that were a result of working on Telehealth for the past three years. She helped me identify ergonomic options for my workspace to improve my daily posture. Donna provided me with physical therapy exercises to strengthen my posture muscles and stretches to do throughout the day to help alleviate my postural pain that was leading to my intense headaches at the end of the day. After we had completed my treatment for my headaches and the associated posture corrections, she helped me to work on my arch pain and focused on strengthening my foot muscles to decrease my pain during and after exercise. I appreciated her desire to work with me on these preventative measures to help me keep active for as long as possible! Donna is a highly skilled and compassionate physical therapist who cares about her clients' overall well-being. I highly recommend Donna Strait, Posture Specialist/Physical Therapist. Before we even met, she gave me a clear diagnosis of the state of my posture with feedback on what I could do to improve it with just four pictures and a brief video I sent her. The feedback was entirely data driven, based on pictures of my posture. The organization of the data drives home the points she made and her recommendations to make a complete visual diagnosis that makes sense to me as a non-expert. She has been extremely patient and transparent through the process. She is always responsive and thorough in her correspondence. I very much look forward to working with her and am grateful for the recommendation I received to work with her.

From the moment I walked into her office I knew my PT experience was going to be different from what I had experienced in the past with “big box” PT offices. She didn’t look at her watch, nor did I ever feel like she rushed through my assessments or treatments. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and kind.
