Find another storage.. Inside of my unit is trashed from dust and spiders. Thier fees are ridiculous, they raise the rent constantly after you have your stuff all moved in. They claim to offer a moving truck but that is a lie its conveniently never available. STAY AWAY

Mesa East Storage Solutions has never had or offered a moving truck to rent or borrow.
Unfortunately, drive-up units are not dust-free environments, particularly here in the desert during monsoon season. This is why we offer mattress and couch covers for sale for your convenience. Additionally, Storage Solutions does not retain unit keys, so we are unable to access units to treat for spiders without customer-provided access. This also ensures your belongings are securely stored at our facility. We do have a regular pest control program for the entire grounds of the facility, outside of the units.

We had a very positive experience at Thomas Road Storage Solutions. The folks who run it are very accommodating, the units are secure and clean, and access is very easy and straightforward. An excellent place to store our extra inventory!

After decades at this storage facility, I am so grateful for the management in providing a secure location that is well managed by friendly, helpful people. LaCona Brown will listen, and provide suggested solutions based on her experience. She responded to my call within minutes - even on her day off! The staff is very attentive when making the rounds and this adds another layer of security. Thank you, for all the years of service.

09/03/26 here Iam again with my 2nd storage room😁! Office manager she great, and very nice. I like the location. The storage room units they're clean. I've been going to the storage room for many years like over 10 years ../////Thank you! Great! Staffs. The customer service is on point and very friendly. I had always got a storage unit from there and I still have one now. The units are clean: Today May 2026 it has been my 4th time coming back here. Price is affordable management she very friendly, facility clean and great location.
