I went to Dr Pak for a crown bite adjustment after a really bad experience at my prior dentist. He fixed me right up and I was able to get on right away. When I needed a second crown, it was such a pleasant experience compared to my first one. He and his entire staff, especially dental assistant Susan, were so kind and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had a pleasant experience this time. The office staff are all very competent and friendly, and I’ve never had to wait. Ryan is such a friendly hygienist and did a very thorough job, as well. I highly recommend this practice!

When Covid hit they was the only one that was willing to take care of me and I’ve been going to them ever since❣️ Love them all❣️ They are so amazing. And I live 45 minutes away i’m telling you I will fight the traffic for them to take care of me they’re all amazing I can’t say it enough. They’re all amazing.❣️
The staff is always friendly, but my experience with this dentist has been extremely frustrating. Over the past year with Invisalign, they’ve repeatedly forgotten to schedule my appointments or changed them without notifying me—I’ve even shown up to an appointment they moved and wasted PTO. My boyfriend was also overquoted for something he never asked for.
I’ve now been on my last Invisalign tray for a month because they still haven’t gotten my retainer. After calling twice, they suddenly told me I needed another scan, and only after I pushed back did they finally send the info to Invisalign—making it clear it was never submitted in the first place.
And when the retainer finally does come in, I can’t even get a simple 5–10 minute appointment because their availability is so limited. I’m tired of dealing with this office and only stayed because of my Invisalign treatment. Overall, I feel my time is not respected.

After moving to Dallas in 2022, I’d been searching for a dentist I truly felt comfortable with. I just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. pak, and even when I had an issue with my permanent retainer, he was very accommodating and resolved it quickly. For dental work, Dr Pak really has a Midas touch: gentle, precise and efficient.
I’ve visited the office many times and met most of the staff, and everyone has been friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The whole team creates a wonderful office culture. My calls were always returned promptly, my concerns were addressed, and they even squeezed me in for an urgent appointment when I needed it.

They were incredibly thorough and professional throughout my entire Invisalign treatment, and I’m so happy with my final results. The doctor explained every step and procedure clearly and only recommended treatments that were truly necessary, which I really appreciated.
The front office staff was friendly and welcoming, and the billing process was explained very well. Any time I had a question, they were quick and willing to answer right away.

I started going to this dental office earlier this year, and I’ve had a great experience so far. Ryan, who did my teeth cleaning, was incredibly thorough and kind. I went to this dentist 7 years, did not gad a good experience, tried again in 2025, still had a really disappointing experience at this dental office and would not recommend it. I found the staff to be unprofessional during multiple visits. The treatment I received not only failed to resolve my issues but actually created new problems with my teeth. Whenever I tried to bring up concerns, I felt like the explanations were redirected to unrelated follow-ups with additional dental work instead of addressing the real issue.
The billing process was also very frustrating. I confirmed the cost several times before the procedure and paid the full amount that was requested, yet I still received additional bills afterward. Overall, this experience left me feeling misled and dissatisfied.
