We had wonderful service! Our 20 year old gas fireplace insert still had the owner’s manual (all singed and crispy) stored under the unit!!

They did a great job on the install, and we had a challenging roof in order to access the chimney. Very professional, personable and willing to explain in detail what they were doing and the reasons for it.
They completely covered the flooring with tarps and were extremely careful as they moved tools and components around during the installation. Also took all of the packaging materials and old doors and screens with them so we didn't have to haul them to the landfill.
The gas fireplace insert looks and functions wonderfully.
