We had a great outcome. The trial prep went very well for you and the other witness so you could answer the questions thoroughly and truthfully, understanding the questions and the order of direct examination. The judge wasn't convinced beyond a reasonable doubt, so he found you not guilty. Most cases like yours don't turn out this well, so I am as happy as you are with the outcome.
Steven W. Rakow is incredibly well-spoken and composed, even in high-stress situations. I found myself in one of the darkest points of my life — my 4th and 5th DUI, back to back among other wrongful charges. Embarrassing to admit, but it’s real. I was facing serious jail time, but with Mr. Rakow’s expert guidance, I walked away with probation instead.
