I purchased a medicine from steris pharma few days back but for some reason I had to return it.
Firstly my experience was very bad with their customer support team because they are not picking up my calls and even not replying to my texts but after some days one of their team member named Divya replied to me and listened to my concern carefully and she helped me throughout my return process and after that Sakshi helped me for my refund.
But still they should improve their customer support team work because as I faced problems in return and refund,
many people can face them .

It was awesome experience like ordering from the website☺️. There no problem like fraud, scam, or anything. Medicine are also very less price compared to the market or any other e-commerce. And the delivery experience is nice, although it was slightly delayed but 1 day of delay is not that much of a problem, if you ordered before 4-5 days. And there's also the costumer service is up to the mark. I was facing some difficulties in my thoughts wheather my medicine will come or my money wasn't scammed, but there is a person named Sakshi from there community who helped in various ways.
So, the overall experience was Nice.
