Yolanda was FANTASTIC -- on time, very personable, caring and I feel like I made a new friend. I was so comfortable to be around her. I used Stedfast Home Care services to escort me for an ankle surgery 3 weeks ago. Yolanda came on time , waited for my surgery to be over and brought me home. I can not express how grateful I was to find such a great home care company for my mom. The owner personally answers my calls and was able to accommodate last minute schedule changes. We had a wonderful experience with the caregivers and our main caregiver Renee was so caring and a great companion with my mother. She took her to her doctor’s appointments as well as provided personal care. Great experience overall.

My sister hired Stedfast over a larger home care provider thinking that she would receive more personalized service, and she was correct. Shortly after hiring Stedfast, her care requirement jumped from 4 hours a day to 24/7 care, and Yolanda was able to quickly staff for that increase. In the two years that she used Stedfast, her caregivers were attentive and professional, and in the few instances when there were issues, Yolanda promptly resolved them. And at the end of her time with Stedfast, my sister called many of her caregivers, and Yolanda, her friends. My family is forever grateful to Yolanda and Stedfast for their dependable, flexible and compassionate care of my sister.

I can't thank Yolanda and Linda enough for helping my late grandmother before she passed. Even in just the short time that Stedfast helped to care for my grandmother, they became fast friends and formed a great bond. My grandmother told me many times how helpful they were and how much easier they made her life! She lived alone and this gave me such great peace of mind to know that she was being taken care of when I couldn't be there. We had several in-home care services prior to finding Stedfast, but Yolanda and Linda were truly above and beyond! I am so glad that my grandmother had the great help/care she deserved in her last several weeks. I would 100% recommend Stedfast!
