The scheduling was incredibly fast… The service professional Oscar was fantastic… He did a great job… I just moved into a new place and had a deep clean done before moving, but it didn’t solve the embedded dirt on the tile floor… They resolved it… The thoroughness I would rate at 98%…the cost was a little higher than expected…they worked 2.5 hours on a ground floor condo that is under 700 s.f. for $506. Also, the technician offered to come back and touch up anything I was not pleased with for no extra charge… I didn’t take him up on that but I could have… Overall, I was very satisfied and would use these folks again.

I was able to post online and got an appointment the following week after the weekend. I was able to utilize one of their online promotions with the two room carpet cleaning. I wanted to utilize the two room tile cleaning but was informed by Joseph that it only applies to square tiles (I.e. 8x8 or 12x12) and not plank tile, which are in the home. I feel like this should be listed on the website and promotion, but I may have overlooked it.
Otherwise, we had Joseph and he was thorough and explained everything. Their services were quick and tidy as well and we were informed about post cleaning appearances. Would recommend them again for cleaning services.

I can't say enough about the work that Daniel did for us. We had a sick puppy who left a trail of soiled carpet in 3 rooms. Daniel got all of it out..we couldn't believe that it could be saved.
