Tony from Steamy Concepts deserves the highest praise for both his technical skill and his extraordinary professionalism. He arrived with a calm, reassuring presence, immediately understood the complicated situation we were facing, and treated our home — and us — with the utmost respect. His work was meticulous, thorough, and performed with a level of care that is increasingly rare.
What stood out just as much as his workmanship was his kindness. Tony never rushed, never cut corners, and made sure we understood each step of the process. He handled a highly stressful circumstance with patience, bringing a sense of order and reassurance into a very difficult moment for us.
I would recommend Tony without hesitation to anyone seeking not only excellent service, but the peace of mind that comes from working with someone who genuinely cares. He is a true credit to Steamy Concepts.
I had an appointment for a simple estimate. It was set from 1pm to 5pm with a 30 minute notice prior to arrival. After waiting all afternoon, I got the 30 minute notice at 4:55pm. 2 minutes later they arrived. So much for the 30 minutes notice. Just shows how little Steamy Concepts cares about customers.

I found the service to be excellent, which is why the 2 stars, but their management & billing *edit felt unfair at the time *end edit. I ended up paying $1000 for them to put equipment in my home. The original bill was for $2100. I had to cancel the work because the condo association wouldn't go with them & their estimate. And then I got this astronomical bill. It was incredibly stressful for me at this time, new condo had mold.

I was contacted by the company in efforts to make things right and I truly appreciate the effort. I still feel like I shouldn't have been billed so much, but they have explained their prices are industry standard and they do not set them. So, a cautionary tale for me to share with you is that don't commit until you fully understand what it will cost you. I feel better about the company and while I hope I never need this service again, I would consider using them in the future. Because again, the workers were really kind, fast and conscientious and the Director of Operations took the time to hear me and try to make things right.
