Had a pair of French doors and some windows installed last week by Nathan and Liam. They did a super job and obviously took pride in their work.Very clean and tidy too

Stay-warm have fitted 5 triple glazed windows in my house in less than 2 days and I'm very pleased with the results. They also took away the old windows and wood, and cleaned up afterwards.

Earlier this year I was having difficulties with locking a door that Staywarm Energy had fitted for me. I contacted the company, and an arrangement was made for someone to come out and inspect it. On the due day, Nathan & Jamie arrived on time. They struggled for a long time with the door, but persevered, and did manage to fix it in the end. Nathan then took the time to explain what they had done, and gave some advice too. The door and lock has been fine ever since I am pleased to say.

I had glass replaced in several windows. Very quick response to my enquiry. Windows replaced two weeks later, clean,tidy as efficient .

Rubbish place would not recommend to anyone hugely unprofessional too.

From start to finish, Staywarm Energy provided a first-rate service. First, at no point did they push us for an answer about proceeding with the quotation they had provided. Second, at every turn, they showed great flexibility and expertise in terms of adapting to the needs of an older property. when starting this process I didn't know where to start so I advertised the job on rated people that was when Staywarm energy contacted me. We set an appointment and they came to do an assessment they looked at the windows I enquired about but when the advisor was here he pointed out that there was in fact several windows that needed attention 2 of which where single stain glass windows which were in a bad state of repair he gave me confidence that Staywarm energy could take out the glass and repair any broken pieces and install them into double glazed units and then fit a new pvc window and reinstall them he explained that this would make my house warmer whilst protecting the glass. I found that all the staff were very friendly and were always on time the workmanship was upto a very high standard and we are very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend them and have them back to do more work should I need to.

I purchased 2 bespoke stable doors for my home. The installation was completed on time with respect to my property by two very competent people, they were very polite and professional and nothing was too much trouble. The products were by Rockdoor and are amazing, they look fantastic, better than we could ever imagine. I had 4 new windows installed into my apartment. Richard came to look at my windows and measure them up. Then I needed to have a survey for the scaffolding. After the survey, Jodie phoned to organise a date for the work. From start to finish Staywarm Energy have kept me informed about time frame. There was a setback with having my windows installed on the day agreed as there was issues with scaffolders having people off sick. Jodie phoned me a couple of days beforehand to tell me this. We agreed another date which suited me fine. The day before the windows were due to be installed the scaffolding went up. There customer service is very good. The day before my installation, I received a phone call from Liam to see what was the best time they could come the following day to install the windows. Liam and Nathan both arrived at the time agreed and started straight away. Both of them were very polite, friendly and they tidied up after themselves. Due to the windows being installed on a Saturday, the scaffolding got removed on Monday. I can already feel a difference in keeping the warmth into my apartment as I have also had extra insulation put into the loft which was also done by Staywarm Energy earlier on in the year. I would highly recommend Staywarm Energy.
