I am from Canada and looking to get my birth certificate apostilled. Contacted the Indonesian embassy in Ottawa but was given the wrong advise and a run around. Contacted the Indonesian consulate in Toronto, left several voice messages but never heard from them. I decided to research online and accidentally Ratu Rajasa website popped up on my screen. I contacted through WhatsApp and Ariana answered my inquiries. She was extremely helpful, punctual, and communicated with clarity. I am very pleased with the service, gave me a peace of mind and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend Ratu Rajasa to any legal documents you apostilled. They are polite and pleasant to talk to.
