I don’t write many reviews, but James has been an unbelievable broker to work with and has consistently provided us with honest, reliable advice. As first-time buyers, he was incredibly patient with us and guided us through some tricky situations throughout the purchase. James took the time to educate us, navigate the ups and downs with us, and manage our expectations at every stage. We always felt that James genuinely had our best interests at heart, and I honestly don’t believe we would have been able to move as quickly as we did without him. We’ll absolutely continue working with James over the next few years. The level of trust, transparency and reliability he provides is incredibly rare, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Well I will be honest. I knew of Mr Graham Sharkey through some close friends, so obviously my review will come across biased in the positive sense. But after being recommended to him, if your like me and find trusting people difficult, then Graham is your man (and his team) are amazing. As a 1st time buyer and going into the unknown as im sure many of you reading will be, Our conversation started "there is no such thing as a silly question" This put me at ease straight away and that stayed right until the end of his advice.
