I have never used an independent cleaner before. I always called big companies as I can call them if something goes wrong. I saw Gary's reviews before I called him and it looked really good. I decided to try him and man I am glad I did. He was so good my carpets look new when he was done. I had pet stains, old stains, coke stains everything. The guy was very reasonable and did a professional job and explained everything. I would suggest him for any of your cleaning. He is honest.

I am adding to my last review. I just had my carpets cleaned and, as usual, Garry did a fabulous job. My dog was recently ill and had blood in her stools. She is not a dog that has accidents in the house but she did when she was sick and because of the blood, I was very worried that my carpets would have to be replaced. Nope, I dont think there is anything that Garry can't get out of carpet. He takes his time and takes great pride in doing a good job. He deoderized the basement carpet and it came out looking like new and it smells great again. I highly recommend him if you want your carpets done right. Also, I live in Southern Indiana, I'm grateful that he will cross the bridge. I started using him when I lived in Louisville.
Garry did a great job! I have used him personally over the past 4 years at my home, this time he cleaned one of my bosses rentals, and did a great job for him! We will continue to use Garry for our carpet cleaning needs. He takes his time and goes the extra mile to get the carpets looking new again.

Garry was friendly and thorough and did a wonderful job! We have three dogs and with all this rain, there's been a ton of mud in our family room but Garry managed to tackle it and our carpet looks and smells brand new!
