Star is absolutely fabulous! Amazing customer service and Theresa in particular was so accommodating, detailed and just the most friendly person! They did a wonderful job with my husband’s wedding suit. You don’t see customer service like this often! Will definetly be coming back.

Glad to find Star Laundry Club in the city. I have been there twice and got pleasant experiences. The staff Teresa was ultra helpful and friendly. She provided customers with clear explanations and services. The best thing I would compliment on was the efficiency. I received the laundry items either in two days or the next day regardless if it’s during the weekdays or weekends. I highly recommend Star Laundry Club and will definitely go again if needed in the future.

Very courteous and professional staff. June was quite helpful in making sure my laundry was completed the same day. Teresa was attentive and friendly in getting me checked out in the afternoon.

The lady that is working in this laundry mat is so uneducated and disrespectful. I will never co.e back to this facility. I got my money back because she accused me of stealing change and not wanting to do laundry. We took our business to Express Laundromat. What a difference. We have to do better. You will never get my business.

From the moment I dropped my dry cleaning off I had a negative experience. I walked in and no one was there. Waited for a bit and could hear someone in the back. I called out and no answer. They were clearly scrolling on their phone. I had to call the shop and when the staff member finally came out he tried to tell me to wait because he had to answer the phone…it was me calling. I tried to tell him that and he wouldn’t listen. Once I finally got helped I didn’t get a receipt which was odd but I thought maybe they had another system. They told me my suit would be ready by a certain date and time and it was not. I had to grab a different suit for my event. I was out of town for a bit and when I came back they didn’t have my suit anymore. The same guy who had handled the check in told me they must have gotten rid of it. He then had me write my name down in magic marker on a note pad that he clearly had been doodling on and said the owner would call me. That never happened. Still out a $400 suit. They have no policy posted if you dont pick up your dry cleaning by a certain date they just toss it.

We also have a 12 months policy in place and we notify and call everyone at least 3 times to give them time to retrieve their items.

I come here all the time but i am begging yall to invest in an AC unit because it is starting to get ridiculous. Last time i was there i noticed the thermostat was at 94 degrees. The fan isn’t strong enough to reach half of the room and it’s starting to become a safety concern considering how our summers are getting hotter every year, not to mention the additional heat from all the dryers. I was only in there for 10 minutes and i was drenched in sweat from head to toe

We have already reached out to HVAC installers to get the units installed. Unfortunately they have some delays and outside of our control at the moment.
Star has been a godsend for me. I've been ill and unable to do my own laundry. They do a tremendous job. Today, Theresa B. went above and beyond the call of duty by carrying my laundry to my car because I'm under post surgical carrying restrictions. They are fast, efficient and flawless.
