I’ve been trying to get something scheduled since October 31. It’s now November 11th. Website doesn’t work and phone goes straight to voicemail. Only option is to text with somebody who does not text back. Super disappointing.
-Also, you responded to my review saying you texted back saying to text or call back if you were interested, but I did text and call back and you never responded to either, so I’m not sure what you want the outcome to be.

Please do your research and don’t use these guys for your project. They did my door and within a month it began cracking and the varnish is peeling off. I’ve had several companies look at the door and they are amazed that the job was done so poorly. I am now faced with having the door completely redone. They say they offer a warranty, but it’s not written anywhere and even though I made them add warranty language, they will not honor it. If you go with them make sure you use a credit card so you have some protections. Very bad product!!!!
You ask me to call you, but you didn't provide a phone number. Stain Door will not do good work for you and they will not come back and correct bad work. Use a card, pay at completion or just don't use these guys!

I would highly suggest you NOT use Stain Door for your project. They did refinished my front door and stairs in June of 2022. Less than two months later, the door is cracking and peeling and the stairs never got the finish coat. They said it would take days and ended up being two weeks and they finally just stop coming. They say you have a 1 year warranty for touchups, but I can't get them to come back out or to return my call. I would find another provider! I would still find another provider. THESE GUYS ARE BAD!!!

I've had my door refinished three times by other companies. There is no doubt that Stain Door is the best They were prompt, thoughtful and professional. Would hire them again if any door related issues come up. Price is fair and I would say lower than most competitors. Will definitely recommend their business!
