Our first experience of extending and remodelling our house, Sandeep was excellent at understanding our initial thoughts and ideas and guiding us through variations to get the best result - at least on paper at this stage! We think that it will work very well for us in transforming the home to better suit our requirements moving forward. He's been understanding of some particular special considerations that we have around the development and he's been very understanding of them. He's been very prompt and clear in his drawings and flexible and prompt with changes to decide on the planned layout along the way. He managed getting the Building Regs approvals by the local Authority very efficiently. He's responsive to emails and clear in helping us novices along the way! Clearly Sandeep has a lot of experience and uses it to help the process go smoothly. I'd not hesitate to recommend him.

I selected Sandeep at SSK Architects based on his outstanding reviews, and it was definitely the right choice. Sandeep provided a lot of detailed advice about every step of the process. He is always available for questions and prompt with his replies. Sandeep was also extremely accommodating and understanding of the many iterations that were made, and most important of all, with his support and guidance, planning permission was granted. Sandeep was also able to put me in touch with his network of equally capable professionals as part of the process including a structural engineer and a party wall surveyor. The build commenced a few months ago and it is progressing well. I would not hesitate to recommend Sandeep and SSK Architects for anyone looking for support with extending their property.

We recently used Sandeep for drawing up plans for our loft and side extension. He was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. He listened to our requirements and was also able to suggest alternative ideas but was also very accommodating to any changes we required after the initial plans were drawn up. He was happy to arrange an initial site visit to measure up the house, even before we completed on the property. He turned around the drawings in a short space of time and also handled all planning applications which was a big relief! I would highly recommend Sandeep from SSK Architects. We used them in November 2021 and found them on the SSK Instagram. I have had a very positive experience with Sandeep. Sandeep has been understanding and went above and beyond for the planning through the council. We got exactly what we wanted for a great price, and it was great value also. The plans were drawn up quickly. Sandeep always fulfilled promised dates and deadlines he never let me down. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave us good advice.
