Used Squires & Duran for the 1st time in October 25. After an initial visit to look at the requirements, came to replace an old filter tap and to fit a new filter tap and undersink reverse osmosis system that I provided. Required a bit of pipe re-work but nothing too serious. Absolutely perfect experience from the company. Friendly and willing to listen to my, perhaps unusual, requirements. Tidy workmanship, comms very good and on time - in fact was able to arrange quicker than expected. Would recommend and will use again.

excellent service We had an issue with our stopcock and had no water on a bank holiday weekend. Xohan was highly recommended by a good friend. He came out on a Saturday evening to asses the job and what parts were required then came out again, as promised, on Sunday to do the job. He was quick and efficient and everything was done exactly within the timescale he had promised.

You can rest assured he is honest, skilled and will ensure you get the best life from your heating equipment. His pricing is very competitive and fair. 5 stars I would most certainly recommend. by way of update: I called Mr Duran back to undertake another job on the underfloor heathing system and a safety certificate. Good boiler maintenance engineer Having serviced our boiler some months ago, Xohan came to replace two faulty air vents, a new control switch (which he recommended as a better way to control water and heating separately), plus inhibitor fluid. Boiler Service Engineer carried out the Boiler Service efficiently. He was punctual and polite. As we had asked him at the time of making the appointment to look at our leaking kitchen tap, he kindly looked at it and fixed it temporarily. Very pleased and happy about his service.
