Excellent knowledge, prompt and very efficient.
Mr Duran was friendly, prompt and very efficient. He serviced my boiler and water expansion tank and water tank , he is G5 qualified and also Gas safe.
You can rest assured he is honest, skilled and will ensure you get the best life from your heating equipment. His pricing is very competitive and fair.
5 stars I would most certainly recommend.
by way of update: I called Mr Duran back to undertake another job on the underfloor heathing system and a safety certificate.
He is very diligent, honest, and logical. Thank you Mr duran.

Xonan was the first boiler engineer Ive had who actually did a proper job, he' s took the boiler cover off, checked and cleaned the filter, checked each gas hob, carefully and thoroughly, measured gases around the fume pike and entire boiler etc, etc. On top of that he's a friendly, chatty chap, who is genuinely nice to have around. I am certainly going to use his services in the future and can't recommend him highly enough

Mr Duran arrived in good time and got to work straight away, repairing the flush.
He then attended to the boiler for the service and cleaned the filter. He noticed that the time on the controller was wrong so he correct it.
He also informed me that the Co2 monitor was put of date. Mr Duran also cleared the slow drain on the bathroom sink without me asking.
He maintained covid guidelines and was polite throughout the appointment. He offered suggestions around heating for me to consider.
I would use his service again.
