Sprucewood is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning property and a wonderful atmosphere to relax and enjoy the scenery. The wine was excellent, and we really enjoyed our tasting.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. We felt overlooked and received very little attention throughout our visit, which took away from what could have been a fantastic experience. The setting and wine are definitely worth experiencing, but improved customer service would make a big difference.
Hoping for a better experience next time, because the winery itself is lovely and the wine is worth the visit.
Theodore is the best manager ever very welcoming, even cuddled up to us while we enjoyed our wine.
Best winery in the area in our opinion! Very welcoming, beautiful property, and the wines are amazing. The staff are great, Theodore deserves a raise.

Visited Sprucewood for a bite to eat and drink. Our food was great (pickle flatbread and Brie flatbread) both were delicious! My 2 star rating stems from the terrible customer service. Your bar staff made us feel like a complete inconvenience/annoyance. Melanie was miserable and it definitely put a damper on our experience. Others in our party had poor experiences with her as well. It is too bad as the food, views and wine are fantastic!
I have visited this winery a few times and always have a great time. Some of my favourite wines are from here, and the place is just beautiful!

I attended a wedding at this winery and was so impressed with many aspects of it. Firstly, the area itself is stunning and provides a beautiful backdrop for any wedding. It not only overlooks the lake but is also surrounded by beautiful landscaping with the winery, forest and a pond with everything very well maintained.
The bartenders were very friendly and quick to take orders and the drinks weren't watered down like I feel they are at other establishments. They even garnish them properly which is really nice for a wedding venue as opposed to a simple drink in a glass.
Everything seemed to be very organized and flow easily throughout the night. You could tell the staff got along very well and even seemed to have a great relationship with the photographer and DJ. Overall, I was really impressed which made the wedding that much more memorable as a guest.
