It's been 11 years since my first review, and here I am--sitting in the chair waiting for my cleaning as I write this!
Over the years, I've had a handful of job and insurance changes (sorry, billing team!) and even moved down to South OC, but that's never stopped me from coming back. It's hard to leave the level of quality and personal care that Dr. Lalisa and her team provide.
Since my last review, the office has expanded and upgraded with the latest dental technology--and the biggest change of all? My toddler now comes here too!
The staff naturally changes over time, but they consistently bring in kind, professional team members who fit right into the friendly, upbeat environment.
Still five stars after all these years. Highly recommend.
Went to this dentistry office for over 2 years and had a lot of work done. Every time I went I had a different dentist working on me. Some were amazing, others not so much. 6 months after my last visit I got a bill for $500 because they did not get pre-approval from my insurance and insurance claims the work is not justified. I will be looking for a new dentist.
