Our dog is naturally a little shy, but the staff did an wonderful job making him feel right at home. He really blossomed during his stay, making lots of friends—both furry and human! It’s so nice to see how comfortable he was, and he’s usually not the type to get excited about boarding. Now, I feel totally confident leaving him for longer holidays. The prices are very reasonable given the high standards of cleanliness and care. And I just love the report card feature—such a thoughtful little detail that means a lot!

We always have an amazing experience with Springdale! The staff is incredibly friendly, and our dog absolutely loves his time there. Every visit feels welcoming, and we always know our little guy is in the best hands. The facilities are great with the outdoor turfed play yards. Jack has also trained our puppy and is exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We truly cannot recommend Springdale enough. From daycare to boarding to training, we’ve tried it all ... and every service has exceeded our expectations.

My husband and I decided to use Springdale Pet Ranch for the first time this past weekend. We’ve driven by many times, noticed their great reviews, and had a really positive experience booking over the phone, so we were excited to finally try them out. Unfortunately, our experience ended up being quite disappointing. We dropped off our golden retriever, Milo, on Friday. The check-in process seemed thorough; they reviewed his chicken allergy and confirmed the details of our reservation. Their pricing is structured as a base rate with optional “packages,” and we chose the highest level so Milo would get two walks, a group play session, and a daily report card with photos. That evening, we received the first report card. The photos were of a very cute golden retriever, but unfortunately not our Milo. By the time we saw the email, Springdale had already closed, so we left a message first thing the next morning. When the front desk called back, the voicemail mostly reassured us that the pictures were just “bad lighting and angles,” and that they were confident it was our dog. When I spoke with them later that morning, I learned that they remove collars for safety during the stay, which made sense, but it also raised concern about how they were identifying dogs. To ease my mind, they emailed new 4 new photos; 2 being our Milo next to the other dog we had received pictures of, and 2 single pictures of the other dog (not our Milo). After another call, I mentioned that Milo has a distinct black spot on his tongue to help tell him apart. The staff seemed grateful for the detail and said they’d update everyone so there was no further confusion. We arrived the next day to pick Milo up, and the staff brought out the wrong golden retriever (the same one we were receiving pictures of). At that point, we had no confidence that Milo had been fed the food we brought for his allergy or received the activities included in the package we paid for. While the manager apologized, we left feeling disappointed and uneasy. For $90 per night, we expected much better organization, attention to detail, and accountability.

I feel at peace leaving my boy Dylan here. He gets excited to go. He plays with dogs that are alike, he’s a large breed and likes to rough play, then nap! The drop off and pick up process couldn’t be easier. Drop off, you verify items brought and they adhere to your feeding schedule. They verify if there are any allergies and your dog is off to party! Pick up is even easier. My dog comes home and sleeps for about 2 days lol. I highly recommend. This is your go to if your dogs are strictly inside dogs as they have turf. Very clean!

Jack and his crew are the very best. I could tell the first time I stepped through the door that they cared about both cusomers and dogs, and that we would have a good experience. They made me and Honey (my goldie) feel welcome and were very thorough and clear in explaining their various training programs. Jack knows his stuff concerning dogs and the human/dog relationship. He did a fantastic job in training Honey to be my hearing support dog. The training has given me (and Honey) new confidence and freedom that we otherwise wouldn't have. Thanks, Jack and crew!⁷

Theo, my lab, has been going since he was 3 1/2 months old. Jack and his amazing staff love him and it shows! Jack's training programs are so phenomenal. Theo has learned so much and I'm guaranteed a life long follow up training or even a phone call if there's any new issues of behavior. Theo is really loved, he has doggy buddies and is a joy to have, I am told almost daily! Jack is such an impressive guy. Patience and consistency with love and praise is taught by all the staff. Jack did amazing with our dog. She was there for the 15 day stay and train program. She did amazing and the best part is we get lifetime follow up lessons. Sadie loved it there and made a lot of new friends. Also she loved Jack when we were driving home she was looking back out the window like she wanted to go back. We will definitely be bringing her back. Great team, super professional, and they truly love animals. Best experience!

Springdale rocks! Our young pup Miko just completed a 15-day training course with impressive results! He now confidently and enthusiastically follows commands, and his leash walking is tremendously improved. Shout out to Jack and the team for their amazing training efforts, and a big thank you to everyone at Springdale for all that you do to also make play days and boarding such a wonderful experience for Miko-he just loves it there, and we do too!

Boarded our 10 year old shep-lab mix for 6 days. Overall seemed ok, although he had a sore on a paw when we picked him up which no one told us about. Also was difficult at times to reach staff by phone. The daily report cards didn't start on day 1. Also, our dog has been extremely thirsty since we picked him up. Otherwise everything seems to have gone well.

Top notch training and facility I can’t say enough good things about Springdale! My senior pup recently went through both the Stay & Train and Play & Train programs, and the change in his behavior has been remarkable. Jack is a skilled trainer who takes the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. The personalized updates and thoughtful report cards for my pup made me feel so connected. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. The facility itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and welcoming. Springdale is the best! My senior dog completed a Stay & Train and Play & Train package and his behavior has completely transformed. Jack is an exceptional trainer and thoughtfully walks you through the process before, during and after training. The report cards and personalized touches are incredible. This is THE best boarding facility on planet earth. It's like Disneyland for dogs. We have the funnest time here, very attentive staff, very experienced with all types of dogs, cats, dog behavior and pet health. I bring my personal dogs and foster dogs here any time I got out of town and they treat them so well. Cheryl and Jack so so much to help rescue and abandoned dogs as well, they have trained over 20 of our foster dogs and helped them find homes. Just an all around kind business, extra sparkling clean and beautiful property with modern finishes. They put a lot of TLC into caring for pets and take so much pride in their gorgeous facility. We are now enrolling in their rally and fungility courses to learn new skills becuase with foster dogs I need to know how to train too! Highily recommend Springdale Pet Ranch for ALL of your traveling and pet boarding/day care needs. Betty, Bandit, Buckey, Blue, Chuck have found forever homes thanks to their training at Springdale Pet Ranch, and Julio sure enjoys going to day care too!

Just an all around kind business, extra sparkling clean and beautiful property with modern finishes. They put a lot of TLC into caring for pets and take so much pride in their gorgeous facility. We are now enrolling in their rally and fungility courses to learn new skills becuase with foster dogs I need to know how to train too! Highily recommend Springdale Pet Ranch for ALL of your traveling and pet boarding/day care needs. Betty, Bandit, Buckey, Blue, Chuck have found forever homes thanks to their training at Springdale Pet Ranch, and Julio sure enjoys going to day care too!

This is THE best boarding facility on planet earth. It's like Disneyland for dogs. We have the funnest time here, very attentive staff, very experienced with all types of dogs, cats, dog behavior and pet health. I bring my personal dogs and foster dogs here any time I got out of town and they treat them so well. Cheryl and Jack so so much to help rescue and abandoned dogs as well, they have trained over 20 of our foster dogs and helped them find homes.
