Our interactions with Spring Buyers Agency were always professional, courteous and helpful. They were attentive to our particular needs, and went above and beyond in terms of personal care. It didn't take long for them to identify two houses that fit our very specific search criteria. When we opted to look a bit more, they continued to patiently pursue our interests. In the end, we circled back and bought one of those first two houses, and have been very happy with a home that suits our budget and all of our particular requirements. Based on this experience, we haven't hesitated to recommend Spring Buyers Agency to friends looking to buy in the area. In every way, they were excellent to work with.

Moving back to Australia from the U.S. with our pets was stressful and we wanted to have a place ready to move into after our pets were done with quarantine. Having only lived in Sydney more than 20 years ago, we didn’t know the Central Coast and Gosford that well and it was our first time buying property in Australia. Having just emigrated from England and needing to buy our first home on the Central Coast NSW as soon as possible and without any knowledge of the Australian house buying selling system, we were recommended to contact the Spring Buyers Agency to help us in our quest. We are so very glad we did and cannot thank them enough for making the whole process as easy and stress free as possible. Right from our first meeting we knew we had made the right decision in employing them. Michelle and Linda are so friendly, their knowledge of the area and the whole house buying process is amazing. We had an idea of the suburb we wanted to live in, and a very extensive list of requirements which did not phase them one bit! Within days we were viewing properties they had found for us, some not even on the open market! They do all the back ground research before recommending houses, thus saving us time and energy looking at properties that were definitely not suitable. Nothing was too much trouble for Michelle, Linda and all their team and they were able to find us the house we wanted to make our home. They did everything required in completing the purchase for us and even negotiated a very good reduction in the asking price! Without their expertise we would probably still be looking for the home of our dreams or had invested in a property that was completely unsuitable for us, in the wrong area and with many hidden horrors! You know that aphorism, 'you get what you pay for' - well, this was NOT one of those experiences! Why? Because we got WAY MORE than we paid for, we believe. This wasn't an 'expense'; it was an 'investment'. Linda and Michelle saved us time, money (Yes! leave the negotiations to these two!
