I got my stove from Ennis where I live, but my supplier closed down because of health reasons, I needed a part and contacted Spratt fireplaces for it and they were very helpful and placed my order, I can highly recommended this company.

Rang Spratt fireplaces for a simple order of an ashtray for my stove,long story short they sent out one that was too small,first time I rang I got the usual apologies etc they assured me they'd arrange collection of the ashtray and refund me (They didn't actually have the one I wanted in stock)I ended up ringing them three times and i got the usual very diplomatic response on the phone but as soon as I hang up I'm given the two fingers. If I ordered the wrong one I would have sent it back myself but they sent the wrong one out so the onus is on them to collect.Be aware if you're buying online with brats sorry spratts.Its the principle that counts & sadly these guys are lacking in that department 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

What an absolute delight dealing with Vincent at Spratt Fireplaces and stove centre. After recently purchasing a second hand log burner in need of refreb here in the uk, I found this company. I placed my order for parts via a third party website and awaited parts delivery. Within a couple of days I had an email from Vincent advising me that the part was not currently in stock but he was expecting it within 5 working days. Within 7 working days the part arrived on my doorstep in the UK. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Excellent customer service, communication and product selection. Thank you to all at the store and in particular Vincent. Top work. 🤙🤙

Needed a baffle plate for my stove. A simple Google search brought up spratt fireplaces, found what I needed ordered it Sunday, and it arrived Tuesday now thats efficient, since it said 5 day's delivery Bravo 👏
