Jack and Stacy and Sam were very professional and easy to deal with that it's just amazed me. These are definitely the people you want to deal with if you need any sort of storm shelter. I just cannot sing their praises loud enough nor thank them enough for helping us as much as they did.
Jack delivered my 5x7 saferoom to Pauls Valley on May 7th. Stacy was truly a blessing during the whole process, a very caring person who listened to your needs. Jack and the other gentleman did a fantastic job of installing the shelter. They are very professional and I highly recommend Sprague's Backhoe. They answer any questions you may and explain the whole process from start to finish. I called several vendors but Sprague was my final choice.
Had a great experience with our new above ground storm shelter after removing my subpar shelter from another company. Highly recommend!

Sprague Backhoe installed the in ground large tornado shelter in my yard well before my ownership. Shortly after buying our house the attachment for the hydraulic door assist failed and caused significant damage to the hydraulic mechanism. I tried everywhere to find a replacement with no luck. Eventually, I called Sprague to see if they could come and repair and install a new part. The owners were great and did research and found that they had actually installed the shelter which I was unaware of. They did everything necessary to have the arm warrantied by the manufacturer, a new unit shipped out and it was successfully repaired installed at no cost to me. This kind of post sale service is a rarity these days. The effort to make sure they back their products and installation years down the road is a testament to what kind of business Sprague is and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for any work they do to consider the value of an ethics driven company when making a choice.

We had an above ground storm shelter installed and it's better than expected. It's on our farm near Wetumka, OK.
The crew was very nice and knowledgeable. If I needed another shelter; it'd be Sprague's Backhoe.

In April we had a storm shelter installed. We went with the Jumbo Slope Front in ground storm shelter. The communication & whole experience was excellent. Stacey made everything so easy and was a pleasure to talk to. They showed up on the scheduled date and were done within 3 hours. We could not be happier. Highly recommend!!

I contacted Sprague's Backhoe around the end of 2024 in regards to purchasing a above ground cellar for my Grandmother, and Stacy was the sweetest and answered all of my questions. We had a date set in 2025 but with the death of my Great-Grandmother we had to move the date out further and they were so kind and understanding. Communication from then to the following weeks before installation was great. They were very helpful on what we needed to do to prepare for their team to come out.
We got our cellar today and my Grandmother was so excited and stated everyone was the best and so sweet. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants no only a great product for storm safety but a place who would treat you greatly.
