I contacted Sprague's Backhoe around the end of 2024 in regards to purchasing a above ground cellar for my Grandmother, and Stacy was the sweetest and answered all of my questions. We had a date set in 2025 but with the death of my Great-Grandmother we had to move the date out further and they were so kind and understanding. Communication from then to the following weeks before installation was great. They were very helpful on what we needed to do to prepare for their team to come out. We got our cellar today and my Grandmother was so excited and stated everyone was the best and so sweet. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants no only a great product for storm safety but a place who would treat you greatly.

Nothing but good to say. I called first of the week about getting an above ground walk-in storm shelter. Was originally told it would be June before I could get an install. I was trying to bring my wife home from a skilled nurse facility with 2 broken legs. Anyhow to make a long story short, I was put on a rain list and ended up getting my shelter installed quickly. The guys that came out to do the install were great and did a fantastic and quick job. Thank you Stacy for going above and beyond to get me taken care of. Now we are safe once again. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Sprague’s Backhoe installing our storm shelter today. From the very beginning, everything was seamless—they took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and communication was top-notch the entire way through (even quick, helpful texts back and forth). They were able go install earlier than originally stated with changes in weather, which we really appreciated. The work itself was fast, efficient, and high quality. On top of that, they were incredibly friendly and easy to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process and would recommend them 5x over!

If you are looking for a storm shelter, you've come to the BEST place! I got a 5x7 above ground shelter and it is plenty of room for my 2 kids, myself, 2 dogs and 3 cats. This was over a year in the making due to fault of my own, and Stacey welcomed me back like we didn't miss a beat! Stacey is the absolute best communicator! Jack was efficient and so nice to my daughter and dad when he came to install, they were there and done within 2 hours and got it in the exact location I wanted it in. I am extremely pleased with the product and especially the service, highly recommend!

Shout out to Spague's Backhoe!!! I had the best experience from start to finish. Stacy was amazing from the very first time we spoke. Even though I sent her videos of our backyard and we spoke about placement I was still a little concerned about how much of the fence I needed to take out. I asked if she or her husband could stop by to make sure equipment would fit in the area and the fencing I needed to take down. She didn't hesitate and we planned a day for her to stop by. We're in McLoud so not too far from their location, but still she drove out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with everything. After we had a date set she kept in contact with me because of the rain coming in. The heavy rain held out and her husband was just as nice. We talked about where we wanted the shelter and he got it done. Thank you Stacy & Jack! We highly recommend them!
