Sprague's Backhoe was great to work with! My family is out of state and I was trying to help a family member in Oklahoma purchase and install a storm shelter they desperately needed. Working with companies from afar can be a trick. Sprague's kept me in the loop, did the job on time and finished in 2 1/2 hours....you can't asked for more than that. I would recommend them to anyone!

My only problem is I wish there were ten stars. Sprague did a wonderful job with acquiring and installing our above ground shelter. They were so good with keeping in communications with us during the wait time. Which we so appreciate. They stayed on point and delivered a great shelter on time (actually a week early) and all went seamlessly. No stress for us at all. Hard to find companies that do that. I highly recommend Sprague. And we had no cleanup afterwards. You won’t be sorry.

We love our new storm shelter. They were quick and efficient in getting the job done. They were also great about communicating timeline since we were scheduled a few months out from when I made contact. I'd highly recommend Sprague's Backhoe to anyone looking to get a storm shelter! When I was applying for the permit through the city they wanted exact measurements of placement and I had no idea how to do that. I reached out to them to see if they could help and they responded with exactly what I needed in like 30 seconds!

Had an above ground storm shelter installed. From someone with 45 years in customer service, I could not have had a better experience. (That’s why 5 stars is not enough for Sprague’s Backhoe but it’s all Google Review allows) From the first phone call to the final installation everything was handled in the friendly, courteous and professional manner that every company wishes they had but very, very few deliver. I cannot express how impressed I am with the overall experience but this is a company I will recommend to everyone needing their services.
