Jessica was incredible in helping me get into my house. I will admit I was a pretty particular, picky buyer. I had specific things I was looking for in a home so we looked at tons of houses. Jessica never pressured me to purchase a home or showed any frustration as I kept asking to see more. Her service, attitude, and expertise were the same from the first home we looked at to the last home. Once I settled on one, she was knowledgable in the process and helped me get it at a great price. Agent Refused to write contract for local home while I was out of town. I had a very bad experience with agent, Christopher Chang, in this group. Escalated issue to broker with no response after two days. Website says business open 24/7. I was shown homes that did not suit disability needs. Agent became upset when I did not purchase home she thought suited my needs. Contacted broker for resolution, no response. Wasted the whole buying season.

Melanie, was the best agent I’ve ever had! She was extremely informative throughout the entire process. I needed to buy a home, asap, and she made it happen! She helped me find the perfect home. She showed me any house I wanted to see, but also helped me quickly eliminate the properties I wasn’t going to be interested in to save precious time. I was also on a very tight budget, and she negotiated hard for me. She did such a fantastic job helping me to buy a home, that I wished I had hired her to sell my old home. Not only is she an excellent agent, she is a GOOD and HONEST person with a heart of gold! She’s trustworthy! She always follows through on her word and can be trusted when helping to make big life decisions, like buying or selling a home. Every time I met with her, she was on time, prepared, and smiling. She’s easy to get along with and she listens!!! She actually listens to what you’re saying when u tell her what you’re looking for. Overall, she’s just amazing. I can’t say enough about how great she is at her job…she really saved me! Hard worker, genuine person, and always a joy to be around. It’s pretty hard to house hunt, find a house you love, and close on it in 2 weeks, but she did it!
