This is a great piece of workout equipment. I normally finish my shoulder day with forearms and spend time waiting for either the cables or dumbbells to open up lots of times wasting a good half hour. With this I literally just pulled it out my back pack and got my forearm workout done in 10 minutes with the best forearm pump I’ve ever experienced. Superb product.

Sportsgrips sidewinder is the best way to work your arms & upper body. I've been using it for 2 weeks and can feel the difference it is very good for your arthritis My hands don't feel as stiff and my arms are pumped I just love it. I had a problem with my sidewinder Pro extreme which I've had for many years. I sent a message to Marty Rolnick late on a Friday night, he contacted me Saturday morning and I explained my problem to him. Today is Wednesday and I just received a revolution 2.0. You can't ask for any better customer service. My sidewinder Pro extreme was before Marty took over the company. Also my problem was you couldn't put any tension on the pro extreme without a jerky motion, I tighten the revolution 2.0 just about to the max setting and it was very smooth.
