Upon reviewing our records and security footage from May 21, 2024, I can confirm that you were not waiting around for an hour, and the Doctor saw you promptly. I can also confirm that there were indeed 2 reschedules, one initiated by you (#4) and the other by us (#6).

Here are the details:

1. Your scheduled appointment time was indeed 10:20 AM.
2. The examination by the Doctor commenced promptly at 10:21 AM.
3. The examination lasted approximately 20 minutes, and you departed our premises by 10:45 AM.
4. Our staff scheduled a follow-up appointment for you on May 28th, which you canceled because you needed more time to complete the prescribed treatment.
5. We rescheduled your appointment to June 14th to accommodate this change.
6. Unfortunately, on June 14th, our Optometrist had an unforeseen circumstance that made her unavailable in the morning at short notice. We attempted to reschedule for later that same day but were unable to align with your schedule.
7. During our call regarding the rescheduled appointment, we proposed alternative dates, but regrettably, none were suitable for you at that time.

I deeply regret the inconvenience caused by these unanticipated scheduling changes and understand your frustration. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to improving our service.

We would like to ensure your next visit is smoother. Please let us know how we can best accommodate you moving forward.
