Fabulous customer service from a gentleman named Lindsay (apologies if spelling incorrect) He was very supportive from my telephone call through to supporting me with my frame malfunction. Repair was carried out under warranty, by the laboratory whilst I waited, big shout out to them also. Customer care absolutely 💯 Thank you Lindsay, you were very helpful and informative 👍🏻 👏🏻

Took my grandad for his eyes tested and received fantastic service from the team in Consett. Adam was very understanding of his recent hospital stays and how medication has affected his eyes and Paula was excellent helping him understand the different types of lenses and options he had. We felt very welcome and comfortable. As always, Georgina was a dream and extremely friendly from stepping in the door.

I couldn’t fault Specsure at all. I have been going here for a long time & have always felt that the staff are friendly & kind. Latest equipment available for checking the 9 layers of the eyes health. So interesting having your results explained to you too. On site lab. I’m always happy with the service received.
