Absolutely amazing experience start to finish. Lost the key to my work truck and was referred to Specialty Keys and Locks by a friend of Trevor’s. Clarine was wonderful to talk to and very helpful. Getting on their schedule was a breeze and I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process. Came straight to me out in Queen Creek. Trevor made cutting and programming the new keys look easy, like he could do it in his sleep. Was very informative with questions I had and had a nice chat with him through the process. Specialty keys in Queen Creek made the car FOB worked marvellously for about a year now. Their prices are vey reasonable and saved us 2/3 of the cost compared to the car dealers price. I hope everyone supports this honest and kind family business to succeed.

We had the best experience with Specialty Keys and Locks. We accidentally locked the interior garage door without a key with us. The front door keypad just happened to die all at the same time-perfect storm. So at 11 pm they came to the rescue! This morning was rough — I locked my keys in my car around 7 a.m. in San Tan Valley during one of the biggest rainstorms I’ve seen in a while. The roads were flooded, it was pouring nonstop, and I honestly didn’t think anyone would even make it out to me. But these guys showed up fast, completely unfazed by the weather. They got my car unlocked in no time, all while standing out there in the rain without a single complaint. Super friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to helping people out, no matter the conditions. Huge shoutout to them for saving my morning. If you ever get stuck — rain or shine — I definitely recommend calling them.

The keypad battery in our pantry died causing us to be locked out. The responsiveness and professionalism of specialty keys and locks was amazing. Trevor our tech did a great job even going to get a 9v battery to replace the dead one to ensure that was the problem! We are happy customers!
